They really live up to their rating of A+ on BBB!! I normally dont write reviews (good or bad), but my wife and I had a great experience with HGH. Everything went MUCH MUCH better than we expected... in just about every way possible!! We had a couple of quotes to replace our HVAC unit from other places. They all seemed like "good people" to do business... In fact, we were literally "seconds" away from just going with the lowest quote because we were really just looking for something affordable. But I told my wife "Hey look... let me just call a few places tomorrow"... One of them was HGH. They were the only company that gave us a "ball park" quote over the phone. And although I dont hold it against the other companies that refused to do that (because I understand why) I did appreciate them doing that... But because HGH (specifically, the guy Ross in this case) were so helpful over the phone (with the quote), we decide to have them come out for a proper evaluation. I wouldnt have been upset if the real quote was "off a bit" but it was spot on!! They saved us over $3200!! On top of that, they were able to quickly get the work done. And everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. Just to be clear...I wasnt asked (or rewarded in any way) to post a review. I just felt they went "above and beyond" in so many areas.

Excellent as always. We just had DJ from HGH Mechanical out to service our a/c unit. He was polite, prompt, thorough, and fixed the system for us. He explained what the problem is, and our options for fixing it. Weve been happy customers for almost 10 years now, and have referred HGH Mechanical to neighbors and friends, who have also become repeat customers. So nice to find a company that does it right, and I feel good about recommending. Thanks for the great service, once again.
