If youre considering a major home update/upgrade, formal repair, or simply a market-comparable estimate with outline for what a potential project might entail, Google no further -- Zephyr Thomas carries a quarter-century plus reputation with raving results! They value their customers indefinitely, no matter how massive the job, which is demonstrated by the numerous portfolios of photos and pleased testimonials in their immaculate showroom (if you dont believe my report). Still have their Christmas card posted on my fridge door! Theres the reason Im a second generation customer. My mother contracted their superior services for replacement windows (flipped them all) approximately a decade ago. She was thrilled by the skill, the care, the craftsmanship they provided. Now as a young homeowner, I couldnt ignore their extensive expertise for basement windows among recommendations for other concerns. I enjoy working on my 60s-built home and feel confident with my abilities to modernize it, however had some anxiety to install and seal windows effectively from the elements. Following my call, Renee had promptly returned my contact for the measurement appointment, asking for windows in my schedule first. Quality customer service. Matt then visited to assess and educate me on the process. Incredibly resourceful. Both are a pleasure to collaborate with. I was so impressed as they explained the order start to finish, differences between products, etc, I decided to add 2 additional windows to the work up. And when Tom arrived to install the units, he allowed me to watch and question with eager interest to learn the trade. You can wholeheartedly trust this company. And the final product will exceed your expectation. Top notch experience. So grateful for a consistently-temperate lower level, excited to see the heating/cooling savings, and to further promote their services with the ZT sign still in the front yard! Thanks so much!

I called several companies to get an estimate for a porch replacement. Zephyr Thomas promptly returned my call and set up an appointment to visit my home. When Matt came out to my home, he is the only one to actually look under my porch to see what was going on. I did NOT need my porch replaced, I only required minor repairs. The other two companies were going to replace the entire porch. Thanks to Matts thorough inspection, honesty and integrity, I had enough money left in my budget to replace my basement windows and fix the window wells. Matt was involved in the entire process from estimating, to measuring for windows, to getting the permit from the borough and showing up the day the work started to make sure the crew understood the job. He even got his hands dirty and did some work himself. Even if he was only going to be a few minutes late for an appointment, he called to let me know he was delayed. Although my project wasnt a huge one for their company, I was treated like their best customer. They exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using them in the future. The crew was careful and cleaned up after themselves. They were very respectful of us and our property. Even Renee in the office was a pleasure to deal with. When my wife and I purchased our twenty year old home, we noted that we would have to make two major improvements. First, to totally renovate the master bathroom, and second, to replace the paver stone patio with a concrete slab. We chose Zephyr Thomas for both of these projects. We wound up with a masterpiece bathroom makeover, and a first class concrete patio. We couldnt be happier with the absolutely painless efforts by Matt Reeser, his wife Renee, and the talented craftsmen who did the work. This is the thirteenth home that Ive owned, and having done improvement work at most of our homes, I rate Zephyr Thomas as the finest home improvement company that Ive ever used. I will NEVER call them again. I thought it was going to be a good thing. I called them and they were out the next day. Then NOTHING. I never received a quote. I called them 7 days after the guy came and they told me that it could take up to 10 days to get a quote and that the guy would call me. NOTHING I never heard ANYTHING after that. I guess my house needs were too small for them. My house was left in shambles longer then it had to be because they didnt have the decency to call me and let me know they didnt want the job after they told me how long it would take to do the job just had to get the quote through. I had the job done by Helpful Hands Handyman. I would suggest them to anyone.

We have now used Zephyr Thomas on three home improvement jobs: replacing all the windows on our home with new vinyl windows, replacing a patio door with a new sliding door, and installing a new tile floor in our foyer and kitchen. We keep coming back to Zephyr Thomas because their work is first rate, their staff and installers and easy to work with, and they represent a great value. We have been very pleased with their work, especially the work they did on our tile floor. They installed an intricate tile pattern and did it perfectly. They are quick to respond to questions and to provide assistance and their work is definitely terrific. We highly recommend them.

Our experience with Zephyr Thomas has been nothing less than highly exceptional. From the receptionist to those doing the labor was always extremely personable and professional. The work was of the highest quality in every possible way. Our project consisted of tearing down deck, siding, and fencing and then replacing it all in a very small working area.
