Before I walked into the shop I was asked if I had an appointment which I didnt . They said they couldnt cut my hair and I can check online and see their schedules for 3 months . Maybe its just me but I dont plan out my haircuts that much in advance and prefer getting a haircut once or twice every two weeks. I only needed a shape up which would of took maybe 10 minutes . They should really make room for walk ins . I got the vibe they think they are the only barber shop in town and its some kind of privilege to go there . No thanks . Ill never be back .

Reliable, award winning, professional barbers who take great pride in their work. One of the few places in the area you can get a straight razor shave. Its not as high end as a Shaving Grace, so dont expect a beer when you walk in, and youll get laughed out of the place if you ask for a chocolate pedicure or a chest wax. Its a great neighborhood shop and the best barbers are booked at least a week in advance for good reason.

Meticulous and consistent cut look no further even if you have to travel from a few towns away. Have only come close when visiting my old neighborhood in NYC but Tavanis is the only shop to go in this neck of the woods. And luckily they are now open in Springfield in addition to Ridley.

Old time feel with New Age cuts I dont even request a special haircut I just sit down and let the barbers do what they do these guys have been cutting my hair longer than the shop has been open Ill never go anywhere else!
