Update: I got an email directly from the videographer explaining why it took so long, so I am recurring my review to reflect that. I still cant give 5 stars because the guys at the 2nd ii none office arent great at getting back to me, but the people who actually came to the event (like our MC, Nick) were great. We did have a snafu with the first dance (they started too late into the song), but I believe that was just a miscommunication, and he was great at hyping the crowd up. Original post: Unfortunatelyst a 1-star review of these guys, even though their DJ and photo booth services were great. Our videographer was great as well, but our wedding was in September 2016 and we still havent received the full video package we paid for. I called and email the videographer himself, to no avail, and when I called the guys at the 2nd II None office, they promised to get back to me the next day, but it has been 2 weeks and nothing. It feels like they are all fine and dandy up front until they get your money, and then dont bother with customer service at all after the wedding. Im really upset about this because Im worried I wont get our videos, and it was really important to us to catch those moments. Im hoping this can be resolved and I can improve their score, but as of now, the bad customer service outshines their other services.

11 months before our wedding, my Fiance and I walked into Stratigos Banquet Hall to take a look at the venue. A huge hall was split into 2 separate rooms. One was empty and the other was being set up for a wedding that day. I saw the DJ setting up and asked who he worked for and he gave me his card. With that being said I am so glad that I decided to peak my head into that room. Our DJs name was Nick and let me tell yinz he was an incredible DJ. We met with him a couple of times leading up to our wedding (June 17th 2017) and it felt like we had been friends for 20+ years. So easy to talk to, and get along with. He made my wife and I feel so comfortable and relaxed during the entire reception. We made last minute changes on the day of the wedding and he nailed every single one of them. Flawless service, and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants non-stop entertainment, and professionalism. Our guest got out of their chairs and never sat back down. He made our day! Simply amazing! We had Larry as our DJ and he did a fantastic job. I seriously didnt leave the dance floor the whole night. I am from Venezuela, and I wanted to incorporate a lot of the music from my country. We have a Venezuelan tradition called "La Hora Loca" and it translates to the crazy hour. Pretty much its like carnival and Mardi Gras had a baby. Its our version of the send off, and during the last hour no one can be seated and everyone has to dance with the us. It ends the night on a good note. I met with Larry a few weeks before and we finalized all the details, I sent him a few emails afterwards and he was very quick to respond. If you are looking for a DJ for any event- Look no further! They are the best. Thank you 2nd II None productions for helping me throw a kick ass party AKA my wedding lol!

STAY AWAY!!! FAR AWAY!!! All Talk, and Poor Show!!! Eric DJed my wedding and talked up a great game when we booked with them. Trying to get a hold of them after was difficult. I waiting days for them to return my emails and phone calls. When Eric and his assistant did my wedding, I was not impressed at all! They made it like it was "Their Show/Concert" instead of about me and my husband. Eric was very arrogant and did not listen to what I wanted for my day. I am a simple girl with simple tastes, but 2nd to Nones response and performance was hardly "The Best in Pittsburgh" from what they said! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Willie and Roy did a fantastic job! They were super professional, our guests had an amazing time..they really got everyone up and out of their seats and on the dance floor! Their lighting and DJ services are top notch - a simple, small-town, fire hall actually became a superior and classy venue! Im looking forward to the photos, and can honestly say that based on my experience with them thus far, I expect the best! Thanks, guys... everyone should at least consider your services...you truly are the best at what you do!!

First class operation! Special thanks to Chazzy who took care of the planning and created a great play list and changed the atmosphere from a boring room to a Vegas night club. Our guests had a great time and took very little effort on my part thanks to Chazzy - youre the best buddy!
