My friends and I took a cooking class lead by Christine. We learned to make some amazing meals and dessert all from scratch. We had a few people with dietary restrictions and we were able to make everything gluten free and onion/garlic free, but still full of flavor. We also learned a number of new knife skills and cooking techniques. It was a wonderful evening, one I would do again. Great job and thank you!
