Do not waste your time. Saturday business hours 9 a.m. - Noon are not customer friendly; admittedly, I arrived about 12:30 on a Saturday, but I was stunned to learn the location was only open THREE hours on a weekend. However, I checked the door and it happened to be open. I apologized to the gentleman at the desk for not checking the Sat. hours and for interrupting his lunch, but asked if he would be gracious enough to take a few minutes to review the condition of my vehicle to see if dents could be repaired prior to painting. I mentioned that I had traveled all the way from Bethel Park specifically for his shops services. I was told he wouldnt give a price estimate because his computer system was shut off. I told him I understood, and that in light of that fact, I would simply appreciate it he could take a moment to look and see if my bodywork was repairable prior to service. He told me to come back during the week and hed be happy to do so. But I work past the airport and Saturdays are the only days I could stop by. Reminding him that I had traveled all the way from the South Hills, I hoped hed show some flexibility and take a brief look. He refused to get up out of his chair. I was very disappointed in how I was treated. I was made to feel like my business was not important to him or his bottom line. I recommend avoiding this Maaco location at all costs.

worst auto shop experience ever. went to macco for painting 3 months ago. As i got a brand new hood and a right front fender, they dont even have to do cleaning or sanding. painting looked good on day 1. i havent been concerned since then, until i look closely on my hood last week. paint is peeling off. there are about 20 spots on the hood only. the owner told me the reason could be that it got hit from sand in the wind when i was driving on highway. which i can not agree a word. the rest part of my car still has the original manufacture painting, and not one single spot of peeling or "CHIPPING" because of the magic sand in the air. I went to another body shop nearby, and was told that the paint job i got from Macco was done so badly, even without applying primer first. I paid for the highest grade, and all i got is ****** still, the owner is stiff and nonnegotiable.

My family and I have had 3 different vehicles painted by this place. They were recommended by Southside Motors where we buy all of our vehicles. Bob is very honest and his guys know what they are doing. I read the couple bad reviews on here and have to think that they are from people that didnt pay their bills on time. Its crazy how people think some times. All and all I have nothing but good things to say about this place.. Dont let the bad apples let you think twice about going here. Just do it!!

I just picked up my 1983 chev. tk from there shop they painted whole tk. two tone original color black and silver.Tk looks like better than new the shine is unreal.The tk came back clean no overspray very professional. Bob gave me a quote and final price was dead on. The guy who painted tk. definatly took pride in what he did it showed in his work Im very pleased with there work and already recommended freinds to there shop.Thanks again everyone involved for the nice work. THESE FOLKS ARE TERRIBLE! ALL OF THEIR COMMENTS ARE DONE BY THE EMPLOYEES. THEY STATE "ASK FOR BOB (THE OWNER)" IN MOST COMMENTS. THEY USED CHEAP QUALITY PAINT, POOR LABOR, UNPROFESSIONAL NON-TRAINED TECHNICIANS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. THOSE COUPONS ARE FICTITIOUS. THE END JOB WILL MAKE YOU CRY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! GOD BLESS...
