DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I would not give them ANY stars if google reviews would allow it. After my husband wrecked our vehicle, Crown Paint and Body took TWO WEEKS to diagnose the vehicle. This may be a normal time frame, but it seemed excessive to me. From there, we were given a 16 business day repair estimate. We understood that this was just an estimate, give or take a few days. Well, FOUR WEEKS went by, and we heard NOTHING from Crown. So we decided to call. We were transferred to Patrick, who was extremely rude and unhelpful the entire time. He explained to us that our car had been taken to the dealership for additional repairs, which could take MONTHS. A few more weeks go by......WE CALLED again....When we questioned when Crown was planning on contacting us to give the new estimate, Patrick responded with silence. HE DIDNT ANSWER MY QUESTION! At this point, I then asked him what we were to do with our rental car, as our insurance stopped paying for it. Patrick told me that Crown would pick up the remaining cost....Another week goes by....I called Crown again (BECAUSE THE NEVER EVER, EVEN ONCE CALLED ME), and talked to Patrick again. Patrick explained to me that Crown will have to put my husband and I in one of their loaner vans, because Crown will no longer pick up the cost of the rental car!!! WHAT????? So one week they will pick up the cost, another week, they wont?! What kind of customer service is that??!!! They went over their repair estimate by MONTHS, and the LIED to me about the rental car. I then asked Patrick if our BRAND NEW vehicle is going to be a total loss, as we would like to purchase a new vehicle in the mean time, rather than wait for Crown a few more months. Patrick said, and I quote, "Your vehicle is brand new from this year, so there is no way itll be a total loss." HE LITERALLY SAID THOSE EXACT WORDS!......So finally, months later, my insurance company contacted me to tell me that our vehicle was determined a total loss. AFTER PATRICK SAID IT WOULD NOT BE! Another dishonest remark from this company. So then, I called Crown to ask when i could get my belongings from the vehicle. The receptionist told me that the vehicle wasnt even at THEIR facility?!?!?! I then asked for a manager. The rude receptionist told me he was with a customer, and I asked to hold. SO SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO ANOTHER RECEPTIONIST! She did the opposite of what I asked of her. The second receptionist transferred me to the assistant manager, Frankie, who told me the manager was at the bank, and that my vehicle was actually at Crown, and the receptionist didnt "read the notes". Frankie was helpful and kind, and probably the only person in the entire company who has any idea what customer service is, sort of. Now, I am waiting on a call back from the manager. Lets see if it EVER happens. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND RUDE. THE HAVE NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.

My experience with Crown Paint and Body exceeded my expectations. I discovered a couple of serious factory paint defects in my few week old new vehicle. I thought long and hard about just living with it, since I am very particular about my paintwork, and work very hard to maintain a swirl-free, glossy finish for all my vehicles. I was concerned that Crown would not be able to blend the complex, three-stage diamond white paint, and Id be stuck with a brand new car with larger eyesores than the factory provided defects. I expressed my concerns to my estimator, Patrick. He assured me they would do it right, and if I was not satisfied, they would redo it until I was satisfied. I agonized for several weeks over the decision to paint, or just touch-up. In the end, with Patricks assurances, I committed to having them sand and paint the defects. My paranoia did not stop there. I called several times, to make sure these people understood how finicky I was going to be, and that I was not going to accept anything less than perfection. Again, I got assurances. Four days went by, and I was so anxious, I called the manager Tony. He said my vehicle was ready, and noted that I had several DO NOT WASH signs all over the place. He asked if I was sure I didnt want them to wash the dust off from the shop. I told him that I just didnt want it in a tunnel wash, where it would certainly be scratched. Tony personally helped clean my car, to make sure no one washed aggressively, and installed any new scratches for me. I could not have been happier with the service I received. In the end, I picked the car up in the rain. I could not tell if the job was done correctly, or not. So I waited a couple days, and went out to inspect the paintwork. I was quite surprised how well they did, considering how hard I know it must be to match a three-stage color, along with factory installed orange peel. Now, I can look out at my brand new car, and not see flawed, factory paint. All I see is nice factory paint, along with the very well matched job Tony and his guys did for me. There were some serious paint fumes when I picked up the car, but over a few days, they disappeared. I cant wait to put a fresh coat of wax on the cured paint in a couple months. Thanks so much for accommodating my paranoia and worry, and doing it right the first time. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to others.

I was actually hit by a car right in front of the Crown body shop. I thought the car would be totaled but because I had only had it 7 months the insurance company made me repair it. I left the car at crown that day not realizing the paper I signed right after the accident gave permission for them to fix the car. The very next day after multiple unreturned calls I went to the shop to find they had already taken it apart. I told them that I was hoping it would be totaled I didnt want the car back. Jermey told me that he could refuse to fix it. The following week when the adjuster finally looked at it and said I had to repair it I told them I would be getting a lawyer and if I had to have it repaired I wanted someone else that I know to do it. Crown charged me $383 dollars for the tear down out of my pocket and then crammed all the dirty parts inside the car on light grey seats without trying to protect them at all. I dont know why state farm couldnt pay them this part and the other shop the additional work but either way I was traumatized by and accident that was not my fault and further mistreated by Crown. This will be the last vehicle that I purchase from them thanks to their body shop. When the other shop went thru all the parts they were missing a very large piece of molding. I called Crown and Jermey told me they do have a part left over and wasnt sure what it went to. When I picked up the part I also told him about the not trying to protect the interior of the car by covering them with plastic before cramming the car full of dirty parts. Not an apology or anything. Thanks Crown for your wonderful service.
