Let me start off by saying that Pete, the office manager, was excellent. Always nice and understanding. Here is my story. Buckle up… I am not old by any means. I am 30. I can say without a doubt that in my 30 years on God’s green earth, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It all started when my car got hit. Nothing too crazy, but it did have some damage. I first took it to Maaco to get a quote from them. I had been there before and was pleased with their work. This is where the story turns. I decided against my better judgment and wanted to support local business. Its the right thing to do. I came upon Nunley’s. Took it there, got a quote (cheaper than Maaco), and left it to the “experts” to fix. Got a call a few days later saying it was done. YAY! My wife went and paid, got the key, and we returned that evening to pick it up. Upon arrival, I got into my car and it would not start. Battery dead. Weird. Popped the hood. Jumped the battery and it started. After all this, my hood would not close. One of the “experts" put it on crooked. It wouldn’t latch. I got in my car and there was a clicking noise (we will figure out what it is later in the story). Unacceptable. Came to Nunleys the next morning, and was assured it would get taken care of. I return on Christmas Eve, it has now been there for a couple weeks. They tell me there was no clicking and it was good to go. False. Still doing the same thing. This clicking issue was making my door lock automatically. He got out of the car with the key in the ignition and surprise…..key locked in the car while its running. They end up having to call a locksmith to unlock it while I wait for an hour. They get it unlocked. I proceed to tell the owner about how the issue did not happen until after they had touched it. He proceeds to declare in a yelling fashion that it was indeed not their fault. It couldn’t be. I rose my voice as well and was surely irritated. He told me he would contact his Honda guy and see what the problem is. Sure enough, I take my car home, battery dies, and sits in my driveway while I wait. Me and my dad do some troubleshooting (which the “experts” shouldve done) and find there is a short of some sort. They think they have a solution. I fire it up (jump it) and take it back. I explain what we found, and they say they will figure it out. I wait. I wait some more. They take off the fender and go back through the wiring. They end up telling me the actuator shorted. Eureka. Finally. Oh yea, it’ll cost you an extra $150. Crap. Something I believe they did and caused, I was forced to pay for. Even after all the inconvenience. I forgot to mention I took my car originally on December 8th. I just got it back on January 29th. Month and a half. Cool. Really speedy service you guys. Thanks for the extra charges. Luckily, my car works works now. Yippee. All that to say, never go here if you like saving money and appreciate basic human decency. Save the headache and go to corporate Maaco. I would rather light my car on fire after a bump up than have to bring it here again. Crap owner. Crap business. Except Pete. PETE RULES.

As a woman, I have always been wary of taking my car for repairs, because I know that some people/places will take advantage of you. This is not the case at all, at Nunley’s. These guys are seriously the best! I have been getting mechanical work done here for a few years now by Todd (who is AWESOME!), and just had to get some body work done on my car for the first time after a minor accident. Everyone that I have ever dealt with here has been knowledgeable, personable and always willing to explain things and answer any questions that you have. Even when I have asked what I thought were stupid questions, they gave me in-depth answers that really helped me understand what the problem was. They get the job done right, and work very quickly. They also have the best prices in town. I can honestly say that I feel taken care of whenever I bring my car in for any type of work, and I can tell that the employees care about getting the job done the right way. Every experience I have had here has been pleasant and pressure-free, and I really appreciate that about them. When I picked up my car yesterday after having the body work done, John had restored my headlights and also vacuumed out my car, as a bonus! Those personal touches really make a difference to me, because he didn’t have to do that, and most places wouldn’t. I have been a customer for years, and will continue to come here. To Todd, John, and everyone else: you guys are the best!! If you are looking for a shop that is going to be honest with you, do the work RIGHT and quickly, and give you a fair price, this is it. It really doesn’t get any better!

Nunleys Frame and Body is Awesome!!! They did an excellent job taking care of the damages done to my car. The insurance company of the other party was paying for the damages to my car and for my rental car. The staff at Nunleys was polite, patient, and considerate. They mediated the issues I had with my rental, they also mediated the issues I was having with the other parties insurance company, (considering I had such a hard time getting in contact with them). They ensured that I was covered with the rental until my car was done. They did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of my car and my car rental extensions. They took thier time to ensure quality work was done to my care. I had a lot going on the day my car was ready for pick-up, it was raining, it was after business hours and they waited as long as they could while I was dropping the rental car off at Enterprise. They call to inform me that they will put my car keys along with the receipt in thier mailbox so I would be able to get my car when Enterprise drops me off at their shop. I highly recommend Nunley Frame and Body they are the best!!!!

So I just left Nunleys. The front door has a sign out front that says in back or call John with a phone number. I stood out front of the garage for a few minutes and said Hello anyone there before calling the number on the door which went to voicemail. Their were lights on and I could hear someone working so I walked inside and kept shouting hello and no one said anything. I wasnt sure if they could hear me or not so I walked to the back and saw a guy in a yellow shirt with glasses working on a car. I said hello a couple of times waved my hands up and down and he didnt even acknowledge or speak to me. I am so disgusted with the lack of courtesy I received. I walked out got in my car and as I was pulling out there was the guy who was working on the just standing out front hands in his pockets looking dead at me. No Im sorry mam did you need help or anything. I wish I didnt even waste my time at this place.
