I had a firearm shipped from pfrogners to me that had an optic. UPS dropped and damaged the package resulting in the optic being completely destroyed when it arrived. I called and started a claim with UPS to be reimbursed for the damaged optic considering there was insurance on the item. This went back and forth for 3 weeks and UPS finally said that Pfrogners had to do the remaining paperwork to complete the refund. I called them up, gave them my case number and all of the information needed to complete what UPS had asked because UPS attempted to contact him and failed because he apparently doesnt check his emails or mail. I went back and forth with pfrogners for 3 weeks trying to get them to complete the information for my refund and every time I spoke with the owner he made some outlandish excuse as to why he couldnt call them and give them the information they needed. I waited a week at a time to call to check on progress, every time i was given some ridiculous excuse. Needles to say I have yet to be reimbursed for my $400 optic that was destroyed in July.. This being November. I wouldnt trust these people with cleaning a toilet, they obviously have a problem with the truth and laziness. The customer service from UPS and pfrogners is pathetic to say the least.

Pfrogner’s is an excellent place to fill your firearm needs. I’ve been to this store several times before I made a purchase. At Pfrogner’s the atmosphere is always welcoming and the people there are very accommodating and knowledgeable. Recently my girlfriend had purchased for me a pistol as a birthday surprise. The people at Pfrogner’s not only patiently helped her through all the paperwork but also gave her a great price on a hard to find gun. When other gun shops would have taken advantage of a novice customer Pfrogner’s gave exceptional service and care.

THE most honest and friendly firearms establishment in the state I have no doubt. Pfrogners is family owned and operated. Tom and Mary are genuine people who take time to help a customer and never gouge on prices. I drive 40 miles from Home in pittsburgh and past countless other firearm and ammo purveyors simply to deal with them; And I will continue to do so for as long as they are in business. This is how I imagine gun shops were run 60 years ago and it is how they all should be operated now.
