I just want to say that as someone who has went to cosmetology school I know a little bit about hair and hairstylist.. so when I say this take no offense, I just know more than you... for all of the rude comments on here I just wanted to fill you in. If your hair is shorter than you thought itd be or doesnt look like the picture. Dont be upset with the stylist!! Be upset with yourself!!!! You came into the salon and sat in the chair you pulled a picture up on your phone and without thinking about the shape of your face or the depth or the dimension, because yeah those matter, you said I want this and so she/ he gave you what you wanted.. it doesnt look like the picture... oh sorry you wanted me to rearrange your jaw line and cheek bones too. My bad... honestly some of you people!!!! And if you walk in 20 mins before close an they say sorry we cant take anyone else, odds are they already have to stay an hour later because of people already checked in.... DONT BLAME THE STYLIST FOR YOUR MISTAKES/ MISUNDERSTANDINGS!!!! Educate yourself before you give a review! Id also like to add that I do not work for this company.

Went there 3/16/17 had a picture on my phone,the style I was seeking,I had 9 inches of hair,I wanted cut to my shoulders and I wanted to flip up,with bangs simple right? After this girl got dine with my hair,it was up to my ears,with four different layers,like a wedge that went forward toward my face,she had short blond hair that had some kind if braid in it,at first when I left the store I kept telling myself it doesnt look that bad, I very upset,my hair looks like poo, it will take at least 12 months for my hair to grow out! Thank You for making my hair to look like a chopped up mess! Beware of this hairstylist!

Donated my hair- 10" was excited to have my hair on my shoulders as we discussed but she went to town on the back and cut 3 more inches off my thick curly hair and now i look like a trapoziod. Never will i ever go back. She tried to confort me by saying if u straighten it it will touch my shoulders- in the summer, my hair will not straighten. So thank u for doing what u wanted and not what i asked for.

Ive been a thoroughly satisfied patron for six years. However, today i showed up 20 minutes til closing time and was turned away. I was told, "sorry, we cant take you." Next time just be honest and say, "lazy, we wont take you."

Took my kid to have purple added to her hair we had an area she was going up to and she only add purple less then a 1/2 inch on her hair so so upset and the purple was so light
