I have lived in Charleston for 3 years and have finally found Cady. She is fantastic with her cut and color, as well as her customer service. I have not been disappointed once and my hair is not the easiest to color. (I have very dark brown hair and she highlights it to a perfect honey blonde.) She listens to what I want and does it...nothing extreme, yet noticeably better. She is always on time, never over-booked, always polite and not pricey. I read the previous reviews and feel badly that these folks didnt get my stylist. Rock on, Cady.

We just returned from our first and last visit to this mayhem. The simple haircut we asked for was not executed. I literally had to walk my son back in to have her finish the uneven patches she left around his ears and on his neck... my son is devastated. He got a cut from Kylie. This review is coming from my 9 year old son : "I asked her to cut only on the back but she cut around my entire head to the point that Im almost bald. She didnt listen to me!"

Meg was my stylist and she was amazing! So friendly and really really good at her art. We showed her a picture of the haircut we wanted and she nailed it as well as personalized it for me. I would definitely recommend this establishment because they obviously have a talented and friendly staff!! I dont know if this was typical but I was also able to walk in and I only had to wait 15 minutes (I did call ahead 5 minutes before I arrived).

This place is a disaster! Starting with being put on hold a number of times by the rude recepetionist. After I was finally able to book my appointment I came in forthe my service where I was told by the same rude front desk girl that my stylist was running late. The stylist did a good cut and I probably would have liked her had everyone else not been so rude. For such a "well established" salon I expected a lot more.

Harlie was perfection! After talking for a few minutes and me telling her what I was looking for... she gave me her input/feedback to make sure she was understanding what I wanted... and off we went! I only got coloring services but she did an AMAZING job!!! My hair looks and FEELS awesome!! Great job!!!

Such a great experience here every time. The front desk ladies are friendly, everyone works together to make sure that you are comfortable if you have to wait, and the stylists are all so nice! Shannon is just the cutest little sprite in America, and she does a consistently fantastic job with cut and color!
