Please dont let the other hateful comments scare you away from this amazing organization! I think it is pretty clear that the same person wrote both of the scathing reviews as they contain the same general complaints and both vindictively go after the Y-Tots director and Executive Director. Despite this however it is clear that the person holds some personal grudge against both Directors and in turn resorts to name calling and insults, speaking to the falseness of their claims. The YMCA offers exceptional childcare services. I have been fortunate enough to have gone to their preschool ages ago and have had direct experience with their other programs such as the after school program and their summer camp, I would allow any child of mine to attend their programs. The Y-tots and Executive director are also both amazing people who strive to make the YMCA an amazing place and do not deserve to be slandered in the tasteless previous reviews.

I am so happy my son is doing okay after going there. "Ms Cindi" is the worst teacher! She should give her degree back if she really has one. She knows nothing about working with children. She does, however, know how to use a cellphone while not watching the children! Such Trash!!!! The sole reason my other child is not attending the Y is due to Cindi Huffman. I am sure she lost a lot of business. Frock Childcare is the place to send your child. The owner will do her best to get your child in there. Frock is doing great business and they actually teach and WATCH the kids. None of the staff are permitted to use cell phones. Definitely best childcare in Mt. Pleasant due to no competition. Frock is probably the best childcare in the County/State!!!!
