This place blows. Every single time I come here there is either nobody here or 1-2 customers in the store, yet the service is non-existent. They still fail to acknowledge when I need help and they are extremely lazy whenever you actually ask for something, and lack knowledge. The workers would rather talk and slack off than help you. I wanted a code read, I was the only one there yet it still took the guy 10 minutes to grab a scanner and come outside, as well as complain that its cold outside! As a customer walked in, he helped him first even though I was waiting... of course the other workers there didnt care so. Another time I came in for a battery replacement to be told he couldnt do it cause he didnt know how to unplug a module sitting on top of the battery (what?). I ended up doing it myself later, but I waited around 20 minutes for him to come back out and give me a jump. The other guys, once again slacking and not caring, talking to customers about personal bs. A guy leaving his shift actually came to help me since the others didnt care. The manager also has some kind of personal prejudice against me and refuses to look at me let alone service me every time Im there. Crap service, inflated prices... Go to NAPA down the road Ive had better luck with them.

On my way to AutoZone I cut my foot pretty badly and they took out their first aid kit and gave me bandages and helps me clean up then they helped me get everything I needed to get which was brakes calipers and I dont know something else. I asked them if they knew anything about a warranty and they said will let us look and they went on my account and they found that four of the five things I was buying who are on warranty and I had to pay $274 to buy everything but then when I brought everything back they return to me $210 my mechanic only charge me about $100 for the work so basically I got my brakes rotors and calipers redone for $164

Terrible service waited two weeks for a part that was supposed to be in one day. Excuse was warehouse messing up orders. Gave info three times to clerks. They never answer phone when you call it rings then disconnects you. Will not shop here again

Very helpful staff. Even helped me put on my new windshield blade. I dont know how to and that was very nice of him. Being a chick - mechanics take advantage of my lack of knowledge so I always appreciate free help !

Though very helpful, they do not have things needed a lot of the time. Understandably they can not stock everything, but to help jump a customer you would think they would have a jump pack. No they do not.

NEVER PICKUP THE PHONE. WALK AROUND WHEN THERE ARE NO CUSTOMERS AND STILL DONT PICK UP THE PHONE. THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN THERE ARE CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE? NOT LIKELY.
