I really dont like to give a negative review and try not to and Just try to work it out with the Shop owner. I believe in Helping The small Shops. With that being said I had probably the Worst Experience with United Tire in Quakertown and This place of Business should be On the Do not go to shop to have ANYTHING done as they Do not stand Behind there work. I own a 2001 Corvette my pride and Joy and When I took my car there to have a Wheel alignment lets just say it was not done Correctly. As you can See in the Damage that was done to my tires. These tires are not Cheap Cost $250.00 each. I noticed the wear on my tires 5 months after the Work was done by United tire when I was doing an oil change. I keep my car in tip top shape so something like this doesnt happen. I go to the Shop 4/18/2017 spoke to RAY im assuming he is the owner and Told him that his Alignment did damage to my car. He then took the Car in one day later and had his Alignment guy take a look by putting the car on there $65,000 machine "we will get to that later on" as I am waiting in the waiting room here comes RAY and is explanation and findings showing me a print out of my Current condition of my Wheel alignment Before and After Documents "photos attached" and begins to say that there machine is accurate and without a doubt not the Cause of my tire wear But they did find my rear Camber was out exactly -0.12 on both side lol really ok lets keep going. Then I was approached by the Alignment technician trying to tell me There is nothing Wrong with there work. At this point RAY joins in and says maybe your tires were like this when you had the Alignment done here WOW I was so Disappointed in his ignorance my reply was why did you pass my state inspection "which was done right after the Alignment" That shut him up fast. Then Im being told by the tech to go buy another set and see how it wears down. CMON really!! you want me to Spend upwards of around $500.00 to see them Become damaged again? On 4/20/2017 I went to Ciocca Chevy in Quakertown and Asked for some assistance from there Tech and Explained my situation Fully. He told me that he would like to check my alignment and to No surprise my Alignment was way off and Now I have the proof " last document attached from A TRUE Alignment Specialist" So I Quickly go back to Show RAY my findings and he goes to the rear of the shop with my Findings returns and says I dont know what to tell you are Machine is $65,000 and is state of the Art. Another words good luck we are doing nothing for you Very professional place of Business here. I have calmed down in my life and Have allot to loss.Civilly Asked him is this what your standing by your $65,000 machine that is probably not set Correctly or maybe your tech doesnt know what hes doing. RAY RAY RAY I personally feel you fell short in management skills and customer relations. I do Want you to know that I will be getting all my tires and Wheel Alignment by United tire absolutely FREE!! as it should be. I Have contacted your Corporate office and made them aware of your Shoddy work and If I am not satisfied with their commitment in resolving my issue I will be filing Suit.. A word of advice. What you have done here is not only reckless, endangering my life and Others but you truly have discouraged others from using your so called repair shop. I have a large Following in the Corvette industry and very well known for my honesty and Dedication on all fronts of the Industry. To sum up my Experience at United tire. They dont know how to properly Fix Vehicles, Absolutely not reputable, Less than poor customer support. Good luck RAY in your Business venture.

Not really sure how this went off the rails. Brought my car in for an alignment after tie rods were replaced in September 2016. My car was brought back 3 times and still the alignment was not right. Gary had called me to let me know there was an issue with adjusting the rear caster/camber nut as it was seized. Caster/camber kit was ordered but Gary was unable to free the nut, claimed the entire control arm on both sides needed replacement. A very expensive job. I declined. In addition to the rear caster/camber adjustment issue Gary mentioned that the front tie rods were quite stiff to adjust. I told them they were Moog and brand new. Very popular brand and of course theyd be stiff as they were brand new. Gary said they should move very easily. Perhaps after they break in? I never heard a complaint elsewhere. When I picked up my car after the first time and subsequent times the wheel was positioned at 1 Oclock to drive straight and it had a slight pull to the left which was blamed on the tires. Come November 2016 a couple months later I had my winter tires put on and the car still pulls to the left and the wheel still positioned at 1 Oclock to drive straight. I called United Tire to see if they would honor their work as the problem is obviously not the tires. Gary said he would. Brought my car in and dropped it off. Received phone call from Evan that the alignment checks out fine but still pulls to the left which was blamed on the tires once again. I declined swapping them which would be an additional cost since they were directional tires. After picking the car up the wheel was still off center. Today I had my car aligned at another local shop and the alignment is pretty darn perfect, no needed repairs and the steering wheel dead center. There was a time in the past when Melody Lakes and United Tire performed stellar, competent and honest work, but not anymore. I wont be going back.

By far the most honest shop in the area. I work on my vehicles myself 95% of the time but for the other jobs and vehicle inspections I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. When they tell me they found a problem with my vehicle that should be addressed I never question if they are just fishing for extras. Honest shop and the best mechanics around.

Called United and George got me in the same day. Work was done quickly and done well. Got to talk with the technician and he answered a question I had, again polite. In the past I have purchased tires for my car from United, the price again was "right" Will bring my vehicle to United for all my car repair/maintenance needs.
