MUST READ! STAY AWAY! The manager here made a huge scene when I asked him about a warranty I had bought with a staffer earlier that had left for the day. I asked him when I was ready to checkout after hearing my bill "Ok, so thats including the warranty right?" He argued for about 10 minutes and would not give me a straight answer instead just telling me "Whatever conversation you had with him, thats between yall". Really? Then I asked him "How can you not see if the warranty is listed on the computer as youre printing out the receipt....." Finally he told me there was there was "Road Hazards" on my bill. What the hell is that? I had to ask him for another 10 minutes, and he kept repeating there was "Road Hazards" on the receipt. After he printed it out, the receipt literally read "Road Hazards WARRANTY". This guy spun me around for 20 minutes when I asked him if there was a warranty on the receipt instead of just answering "Yes, there is a Road Hazards WARRANTY" . He was extremely disrespectful the whole time I was trying to talk to the mechanic about the service being done to my car but this took the cake. Its really amazing but I dont think Ive ever had this bad customer service in my life. How do these people get hired?

I was traveling in King of Prussia, PA, for my job, and ended up driving through the horrible torrential downpour of 7/25/16. I drove through the worst hurricane level flood feeling like I was Beyoncé in the Formation video but sadly not looking as gorgeous. The rubber beneath the front of my car actually flipped over, although I didnt realize it at the time, and because Im here on business and being chauffeured around, I didnt need to use my car until 6:00 this evening. The grinding sound it made was so dreadful that other cars on the road were actually giving me all kinds of room. I have no idea where anything is except the Target so I called a car repair place close to Target and they told me to come in. Luck was on my side, or maybe divine intervention, because I pulled into Tires Plus by accident, thinking it was the place Id called. They were just about to close, but the young gentleman in charge very kindly agreed to look at my car, found and fixed the problem, and I was on my way again within minutes! I plan to be spending more time in the Philly area and I would totally use Tires Plus again. This is a great place --- not very often you find such efficient and gracious service. Thanks Tires Plus!!

The new management went above and beyond to help us. We were out of state, stranded with a real huge problem . The Hyundai dealer wasnt able to locate a spring for our car for the strut. The new managers stayed open late, & found us a part to get us home .They did as they promised- kept us in the loop on locating the part needed and didnt overcharge us. They are responsible, respectable and l highly recommend them . Cant THANK them enough! We arrived home safe and although we had to stay over 2 days extra it was not their fault, Hyundai was having a issue with parts, they did as promised & got us on the road. Hyundai expected us to stay -or wait and come back a 5 HOUR drive to get our car in 3 weeks! Tires plus fabulous customer service. You wont be disappointed.

I dislike this store and I will not recommend it. I got tires shipped to this and wanted tiresplus to install them.I told them to call me if it requires any alignment. They did not call me and I would $70 for alignment services which they would not remove. Next, I tried so many times to get an appointment for the State inspection and someone always tells me that it is not a big deal and I can come in anytime (It is annoying to hear the "Buy 3 get one free every time someone answers the phone") but when I actually call to come in they tell me that we have no appointments. They are great at loosing customers.

Was very happy today , arrived there on a friday nearly 6pm (they close @ 7) figured I would get a price and return Saturday. They said if I didnt mind waiting they would install my tires NOW ! I was shown several different brands and sold a a moderately priced tire. Jay took extra care getting in and out due to the rain and my truck was just as I left it. No pressure, no games just a friendly counter guy selling exactly what I wanted. Very Very pleased with the service and treatment. Ill be returning for a tune up and oil change next week.

I though of going to the dealer. The car is brand new. Well, its only a tire leak, how could a "tire place" screw this up? Three hours later; they still cannot balance one tire properly, cannot seem to get the weights to stay on. To my surprize, they reduced pressure on all my tires, during the checkup, so now warning indicator for all tires, including the spare, is flashing on the dash. Finally, I now have a big greasy foot print on my brand new floor mat. Manager offered me a free oil change to make up for it. Great! Thanks Tires Plus

I would not recommend getting repairs at this establishment. They are way over priced. My mining van required rear brake pads 2 rotors one caliper and brake fluid. The parts came to 448.87 and the caliper was rebuilt. The labor costs was 235.88 with taxes and shop supplies for a total of 740.83. I purchased all Premium parts from autozone for a total of 271.25 and the local Mechanic here in Bridgeport charged 140 for the labor. 411.25 saved my over 300 consider that before you commit to that shop

I went in there to get a slow leak in my tire fixed. They said they can schedule me in 6 days later. I said ok. The girl behind the counter said "You must have a very slow leak." with an attitude and some other employee that was there hitting on this girl laughed. They obviously dont care about their jobs or their customers. I wonder what kind of crappy work they would do on my car. I would never trust this shop. Im sure they would have tried to charge me $100 or more for the "repair".

Nate was a huge help, very personable and felt he understood our problem. My wife and daughter were visiting from out of town and the wheels were making a strange noise. I feared the worst but Nate and crew took care to test drive and remove all four tires. They tightened up all the mechanical parts and put everything back together. Only paid $20 for them to do the entire inspection. Well worth the $$$ for the peace of mind that my family can make it back home safely.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!!!! All around "hot mess"!! Clueless doesnt begin to describe the entire staff ... Im not a negative person but when have return to fix the same problem 5 times there is something wrong .. Especially since my vehicle ran great before I had my tires replaced...please Take heed to this warning!! If u go there and have work done to ur vehicle i wish u luck cause ur gonna need it !!!!
