gave 1 star wish I could give -100. I went in for an inspection and their "pro mechanic" or whatever failed me for an issue with a control arm and they also listed about 3 other fixes they just "recommended". Everything including the failed inspection item to fix would have cost me over $700. I took my car to the manufacturer and they said they had no idea why pep boys failed my car because there was absolutely nothing wrong with it annnndddd they did not see why they "suggested" anything either as again there was nothing wrong with my car. the manufacturer told me "sometimes people try to rip you off" needless to say no one should ever go to this location and I will be contacting their corporate and the BBB

First of all, the website is wrong. Theyre only open until 7. Normally ive liked the location, however, recently the service was terrible. I got there at 6 for a tire plug and i got turned away. Its a 5 minute fix, but they were "too busy." With only 4 cars already there. The person who "helped" me was quite rude. He didnt care at all to fix my easy problem and rudely sent me out the door. I no longer recommend them at all. Not soley because i was turned away with over an hour of business left, but because of the manner of the employees

I went in and asked to have thermostat changed, they were busy, no big deal i made an appointment to drop it off in the morning. Before i left the service guy was asking why and telling me it could be one of many different things, i understand that but he was rude about it. I skipped appointment and had meineke put it in. They just said they werent liable if it was something else, i agreed obviously. Paid the bill and left. Truck runs great thanks meineke

June 15 2016 Horrible experience i took my car there to get a wheel alignment then was turn down not because they where busy but I think because they rather be in the office where the air conditioning was on then when I pick up my car it looks like they took air our my tire didnt bother to ask them for help so I went to wawa and did it myself, if you reading this and want to be treated like a customer please take you business else where
