Extremely poor service. Took my car for inspection and it was failed for two reasons: 1. Wiper blades needed to be changed 2. One of the wheel stud was going bad. The price given to me was over 200 dollars. I was told that the last people who took the wheel off might have messed up the wheel stud and the last people to touch the wheels were Midas themselves. The shop was not too busy and it seemed like that they just wanted to get someone for any stupid reason. Anyhow I got the wipers and the wheel stud done for less than half the price they were charging. Had to pay them for re-inspection. I will never go back there and also will tell at least 7 other friends not to use their services anymore.

DONT GO!!!!! I took my car to them because the check engine light kept coming on and I told them to do whatever they had to do to fix it. Well they call and tell me I need a new exhaust. Fine. Two grand later I pick it up and the light is off. After 5 minutes of driving it the light comes back on. So they say to come in and theyll put a new O2 sensor in free of charge. I get there and they charge me $90 and when I drive off the lot once again the light comes back on. My car is still not fixed. They have no idea what they are doing and they also cut wires on my old O2 sensor and didnt tell me, just duct taped them back together. DONT DO IT!

Kory and his crew are the best! They are up front and honest, they dont BS you about what your car needs. (Manager) Kory recommends what HE thinks is best for you & your car, not for his profit. Hes always willing to work with you financially within his capability. If you take your car there for a given repair and they find something else wrong, they will call you for direction prior to continuing - an issue I have had with other mechanics in the past. The downside is that corporate Midas does not always have great coupons or rebates for their services, but that cannot be faulted to the Quakertown crew.

Ive used them repeatedly, never had a problem. They ask me if they want me to take care of things before they do them. When filters needed replacing they brought it out and showed me just how filled with crap they were. I cant say just how much money Ive saved over going with the dealership like I used to, but I know they consistently quoted the first 3 fixes (while I was on the fence) at around half of what the dealership would charge. Also, their receptionist has repeatedly dropped me off at work while I leave either my car or girlfriends car there for repairs/service/inspection.

After being turned down by both Pepboys and Jiffy Lube for a same day oil change, Midas saved the day and took my car right away! The employees I dealt with were helpful and professional. I also appreciate that you get a Courtesy check with the oil change for free. If it wasnt for that, I wouldnt have known my battery needed to be replaced and I probably would of gotten stranded on my way to a work conference in upstate New York. For fast and reasonable oil changes I definately recommend them.

They didnt charge me to look at a problem that I was having. He printed me out information so that I could take it to my dealership to have it fixed for free. They were so helpful, even though they couldnt fix my problem that day, they sent me with suggestions to bring to my dealership and didnt charge me anything. Thanks so much for being there when nobody else was open or available on a Saturday, and speaking in terms that a nurse could understand!

RIP- OFF ARTEST. My back brake line rusted through, so I took it here for replacement. I get a call from them that my oil pan has a huge hole in it and is gushing oil! It wasnt like that when I took it into them !! So I had no chose but to have them replace it. I get it back home; then find out my oil dip stick is jammed into something in the engine. When I tried to pull it out it snapped in half. Save your self do NOT give them your business.

My Jeep brokedown nearby, I had it taken to Midas. Cory informed me that it needed a new engine. Once he received the engine, the job was completed in one day. Cory handled this job in a most professional way. I was very impressed by his courteous and professional attitude. He and the staff did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of auto service. Thanks for a wonderful job!

Went in for a simple oil change, they for some reason took my brakes off, when they put them back on the mechanic did not bleed the line. He backed my car out of the shop and into someone elses car. They then never filed a claim with their insurance company for the damage on my car to be looked at and fixed, I had to call their insurance company to file the claim myself!

all the staff here were very personable and welcoming to both my young child and me at our recent visit. The waiting room is comfortable, bathrooms are clean, and the manager is honest. Their pricing is in line with other shops Ive used before and they are very fair with their estimates. Best experience at a auto repair shop Ive ever had, definitely a return customer.

Dont waste your time they sale bad tires only had it for a month spent over a hundred to repair. my used tired out lived the new one i just bought from them..best to get used tires or try else where....if u do take the risk with them you will have to kick out extra money for a warranty to feel safe driving around with their tires...very unsatisfied good luck

Worst experience; these guys are crooks. Went in for a simple fix and got charged more then I was told in the beginning. They were the rudest people at this location and not very knowledgeable. I also had another car getting an oil change and they did not check any of my wiper fluids or anything. Do not go to these crooks drive somewhere else.

Needed a small piece made for my sons car, refused to help, insisting they dont sell parts. Guess what? He made zero that day from me. Today my son went there, tried charging $400 for simple fix. Again, he made zero off of us. Thieves.

Ive been bringing my cars here for the last 8 years. Theyre friendly and I trust their work. Ive never had a problem and Ive never felt taken advantage of. I recommend them over other common places.

Poor diagnostic abilities. Extremely expensive hourly rate @ $109/hr. They talk a good game but do not take responsibility for promised repairs. Best to avoid.
