If i could give this place -1 stars i would. ..My parents came here and had a horrible experience. Im writing the review for them.. they went to this "place of business" had their car worked on..while driving home felt something wasnt right with the car. Drove back..turns out mechanic forgot to put a part back on the car. Something still wasnt right went back next day.. older mechanic tells them they should have known what was wrong and they shouldnt have paid the bill from the start. Gives my father an attitude. My father exclaimed "Im not a mechanic " this place in one word. . Straight up douchery. Dont go here they blow

Id give less stars if I could. Called in advance to make sure Id have time to get new stickers after a wind shield replacement. Promised to be in by 515. Showed up at 512 and the man there was locking the door (note, the hours are until 530). If you want to cut out early, whatever, but now I dont have time to get somewhere else, and thats just plain ignorant. And no .. "sorry, no one told me" isnt really good enough - not if you want customers.

I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service at ABE. As a long-time customer I recommend this shop to everyone, great service with fair and honest pricing. And yes, they will patiently listen as you try to recreate whatever weird noise your car is making. Love these guys!
