I rarely post a review online unless a business really deserves it - good or bad. Oh, this place deserves it. They have proven to be incompetant at nearly all of the tasks you would expect a dry cleaner to perform. I have had clothes torn/ripped on three seperate occasions, have been overcharged twice, and almost had a brand new suit butchered. Regarding the suit, you may say that it was my fault taking it to a cleaner to have tailored, but I have had success in the past (those cleaners were when I lived in the city). About 3/4 of the way through the fitting, it was so clear that the lady had no idea what she was doing that I said "no thanks" and left. When I took the suit to a legit tailor, she literally laughed out loud at the chalk marks that the cleaners had put on it If I can get one person to avoid going here then mission accomplished. They have no business being in this business. Thanks.

This place is the best dry cleaners Ive used in years. I wear dress shirts pretty much every day, and no cleaner Ive gone to in the last ten-plus years has done as good a job as Logan Square. Unlike an earlier reviewer, I have had zero problems with the shop in the two years I have been regularly using them. They are the best. Plus, they are extraordinarily nice people. I very highly recommend Logan Square Cleaners, and I am frankly not an easy customer to please. They are the best.

Unlike the other guy, Ive had nice experiences there. The little sweet lady pretty much meets all requests. She even rushes orders. The clothes Ive had tailored there are perfect. Yes she eyeballs it but thats a communication thing between you and another person who maybe doesnt speak English that well. Fast & skilled.
