Its Me
The owner Larry is not ADA compliant and discriminates against people with disabilities. I witnessed him yelling at a woman with a service dog to, "get out of here and dont come back!" The dog was not bothering anyone and the woman was just doing her laundry. The police were called on the woman with the service dog. The police allowed her to stay. However, Larry continued to publicly humiliate the woman with the service dog, yelling and screaming at her. Larry was clearly upsetting the service dog and the woman. When another woman explained to Larry that he was violating the rights of the woman with the disability, he yelled, "why dont you find another laundromat to go to!" He even called them a "piece of shi*" He approached the woman with the service dog, invading her personal space, and demanded she leave. This man clearly has an anger issue. He was very rude to the women and gave no regards to her rights as a person with a disability and service dog. And let me add the dog was no threat seeing as Larry was being very aggressive and the dog simply sat next to the woman. If you or someone you know has a disability, by all means do not support this laundromat. What a disgrace! People with disabilities are human also and have rights. This guy is a joke and cares nothing for the people in his community.

Do not go to this wash & fold place on 2820 Roberts ave. they are located in the Fox Shopping Center across from ShopRite.. I took all my clothes there and had them washed in folded. When I want to pick them up all of my clothes were stolen. My childrens clothes were the but all of my clothes except for bras were gone. I was told by the attendant that I would be refunded my money and then the mangers Gale & Larry which they refused to give a last name called me from a blocked number and told me they were not refunding my money. And they believed their attendants. I took the same police back up there they then changed the story and said that they were not coming in. They were the managers and they were not refunding my money.... All of my belonging jeans, shirts, dresses, shirts were all stolen:.. I now have no clothes... Place do Not patronize this place.. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I really wish I had checked these reviews before I gave them a chance. I took 2 dress shirts, a sweater, and pants for dry cleaning and they lost the sweater and pants. They claim they mix in different ticket clothing in the same laundry bag which makes absolutely no sense. I am very pissed. Then one of the shirts I got back wasnt even completely clean. This was the first and last time I will use them. The owner, Larry, even called me and was very rude about the whole ordeal calling me a "little person" for writing a negative review about a terrible experience I had at his business. The nerve of that guy!

They are cheaper than others around which is pretty good but sometimes this place turns too busy and noisy at nights. Hint: dryers are free if you use their washing machines. Special mention to Niema... She rocks!

Loud and out of control kids. Running and yelling. Ppl Rude and just terrible)p...nothing I can say would give it the bad review it more than deserves! Ill never go again. Neither will anyone I know in the area

I love that I can drop off button down shirts and have them dry cleaned for $2 a piece. Also, there are plenty of washers and free dryers. Tip, go early or really late. Open 24hrs.

This place was very clean but they are letting it go down hill! The detergent is always caked up in the washers and floors are always filthy so dont drop your clean clothes on it!

Okay. The free dryers are good. Washing a little high. But the free dryers make up for it. You have to spend a dollar to get a laundry card.
