Ive had three separate issues with All Seasons. First, I took a silk blouse to them to get a stain removed. I paid $10.00 for the service and they couldnt even get the stain out. I then took it to another dry cleaner and they removed the stain with no problem. I decided to try them again, however, and took two pairs of shorts each with food stains on them. When I went to pick them up, I found that (surprise) they were unable to remove the stains from one pair and the other pair was completely ruined. They claimed the pockets were lined with brown fabric (instead of white, which they are "normally") and the dye from the brown fabric had bled onto the tan shorts when they had applied their chemicals. Im sorry, but they are dry cleaners- shouldnt they pay attention to what color fabric garments are lined with and clean them accordingly. Its a poor excuse and shoddy work. These were a brand new pair of $140.00 shorts that are now unwearable. Because their policy is that they only pay 100% of what the service would cost I only got $40.00 back for them. I will NEVER go here again.

The company I work for uses them for uniform alterations. Ive been using them since I joined the company three years ago. I have a cleaners a block away from me. But All Seasons Cleaners is worth taking the few blocks worth of travel. I havent been disappointed once. Theyre extremely friendly, prices are reasonable, and theyre efficient in their work.
