I took some bags of laundry for their drop off service around 1:30pm and asked if I could have them back by end of day (they close at 10pm). The woman in the laundry area was very rude. No welcoming smile and very harsh in letting me know that it could not be done. She pointed to two other bags of laundry already there and said,"Do you see these bags? No, I cant have it done today." I asked what time tomorrow and she had a rude response again. "Having them done by 7am would be the same as having them done today." She finally said I could get them by 6pm the next day. First of all, the service was terrible, very unfriendly and dismissive. Secondly, you should be able to get your laundry back quicker than 29 hours later. I will definitely not be back. They lost a potentially loyal customer.

Ive been coming here for several years. Today I had the experience with one of the washers not extracting all the water from the clothes in the spin cycle. The clothes came out of the washer very, very wet, much more so than usual. I explained the situation to the attendant and asked for a free dry cycle given the circumstances (worth something like 35 cents). She flatly refused and insinuated rudely that I was trying to scam the laundromat and that no other customer complained about the washer. Really unforgiveable customer service. Do not go here.

None of the washers have warm or hot water. Ive been there several times at various washers and the water is always ice cold. Select warm or hot and cold water is coming your way. I guess they shut off the hot water to the washers. Also, several of the screens on the washers are illegible. Not that it matters, since you can only get a cold wash. Ill take my business to Glenside or Roslyn in the future. The hot water in the bathroom is also tepid at best.

I thought Id hate going to a laundromat every week but the machines here are very fast and its nice inside (also free wifi is a plus) I did take a star away because sometimes the card readers give me problems but it just takes some fiddling with to fix

Clean, machines in good working order, card pay system so no lugging quarters. Could use more/better seating. Convenient to Chinese and fast food options. Helpful attendant.

A very clean Laundromat. The owner is onsite and helps a ton if needed. You can pay cash at the desk if you dont want or need to buy a members card.
