If I could give this dry cleaner lower than 1 star I would. I dropped 2 sweaters, a blouse and a pair of pants. Everything seemed normal and as expected. I was told they would be ready in 3 days. So, 3 days later, I went to go pick up my clothes. When I did, the woman there couldnt find one of my sweaters. After finally locating it no where near the rest of my order, she said "its a good thing you came in now, these clothes were just about to be sent out"...sent out where? So if I hadnt happened to go exactly at that time would my clothes be at some unidentified location? My total came to $29.50, however, my debit card was charged $295.00. I realize this is an honest mistake, but when I caught the mistake on my way out the door the woman goes "whoops" and giggled. To me, being over charged by roughly $270 is bigger than a "whoops". All in all I did not like this customer service and the cleaning was sub par. Will NOT be going back here.

One long summer dress, a silk pashmina wrap and one blazer - $47! Are you kidding me Canal Cleaners? My clothes are still there as I only had $36 in my pocket which I assumed would be more than enough to cover my bill with left over for a cup of coffee at La Colombe. NOT. When I got home I searched online and found Stantons 1 Hour prices - 7.50, 3.75 and 3.75 respectively = $15. My clothes are hostage. Wish me luck in negotiating their return.

Ive been here a couple times. First time I brought in cream colored pants with a stain. She got it out and the pants looked like new. I honestly couldnt tell you what was charged. If it was oddly high or low I would remember. Im happy and the service is convenient for me.

Extremely overpriced for just about everything. I only took my clothes here once, and it was because I didnt know the price until after she had already taken them... Never again.
