I get it, Friday at 3:30 is a busy time, I dont mind waiting. But for Christ sake if you dont have the time to do the job right then dont do it! I have been getting my eyebrows done for years, and honestly as a man who gets this done once a month I know when you dont give a crap about what you are doing. The woman who did my eyebrows was at first spending time on another womans nail extensions (which I assume cost $70+), and then left her to quickly come to the wax room, and spent less than 2 min waxing my eyebrows, and didnt use the tweezers at all, and then she tells me shes done. I asked not once but THREE times to fix the areas that obviously needed to be tweezed. By the third time she was obviously more interested in getting back to service the customer with the more expensive service, and so she plucked unwarranted the end of my right eyebrow to a point were it was so uneven with the other that I just told her to stop. Oh, I paid her the $7 damn dollars with a $3 tip because we all have mouths to feed, but I swear to God I will NEVER go back to this place for eyebrow services again! Listen C&T Nail Salon management, your employees are working on peoples faces, and should take the time and effort to not rush a service you provide just because its not the most expensive one you offer. If your employees are busy, and cant do the job correctly because they are busy then tell them to either ask customers to wait for a reasonable amount of time or TO NOT DO THE SERVICE AT ALL! In my 15 years of getting my eyebrows done from all over the world this was the WORST I have ever had. I will be sure to write this review anywhere I can and tell all my colleagues, and acquaintances in the Oxford area to NEVER come to get work done at C&T Nail Salon. You had one job, and you blew it.

Worst mani & pedi ever! They start every client as they come in the door, then in the middle make you wait over an hour while soaking in cold water. While tending to you theyre rushing and your nails arent straight and even. They dont soak your arcylic off, they wedge something under it to pop it off, ripping your nail beds. The lady who runs the salon is rude and makes the employees stop what theyre doing to start on someone else. The young little white girl does a great job and is caring and doesnt rush you, by far too good to even be working in such a place. The rest, awful!

I went there 3 months after having a baby, my first real outting away, because my mom encouraged me to go get pampered so Id feel pretty and myself again (for an hour). While I was paying, the girl asked if I was pregnant (very loudly) and then when I awkwardly replied no, Id just had my baby, she proceeded to tell me I needed a post partum cinching belt to hold my belly in...in front of like seven people standing there. Thanks a lot for making me feel so good about myself for that hour, ladies.

I was in there yesterday getting my nails done and one of the workers messed up on some ladys nails and instead of fixing it, the worker told the whole salon that the ladys fingers were crooked and messed up!!!!! VERY unprofessional!!!!! I was embarrassed FOR the lady!!!! The girl who did my nails did an ok job but Im afraid now that if I dont like anything Ill be humiliated too!! From now on Im going to the place behind walmart across the street!!!

Love this place!!! Im not sure why there are negative reviews and ratings that are below 4 stars, I wouldnt go anywhere else! I have been coming to C & T Nails for over a year, and have ZERO complaints. The Staff is extremely friendly, patient and accommodating, especially to those with disabilities. I have trouble walking, and the Staff always help me into and out of my chair, as well as help getting on chaise lounge to have my eyebrows waxed.

New to this area figured we would try them out. My daughters and I went to get a mani and pedicure and there was toe nails in the tub from another person. I told the lady and she just rinsed the tub with water no soap. How disgusting I refused to get a pedicure and walked out. She didnt care too much just keep working with other clients not a way to do business wont be going back there!

This nail salon has the worse service! The people are so rude and they had a man doing my nails who took so long just to refill my nails, I was in the shop for almost 2 hours! Theres so much more that happened in that one visit, I will never go there again. I wish I could give no stars

A wedding party went here, needless to say it was there was 8 girls 4unhappy bridesmaids a crying bride. It was a messsssss!! Non of the wedding party will be back. So un professional and blamed the bride for the issue. It was very upsetting. Do not recommend.

First and last time going here , the guy made my nails all crooked! And when I asked to remake them he had an attitude, and when I didnt tip them they surrounded me making me feel uncomfortable and my nails still came out ugly ! Never again am I going there

In and out when youre in a rush, people are sooo niceand not fake about it. Great work especially the fact that im so picky/ocd about everything. Theyre opening another shop so you know theyre doing something right.

They are not friendly here , they take all day to do your nails and they still turn out lopsided. They are very rude even when they mess up your nails. Not coming here again it is not worth the time or money.

Worst nail service Ive ever recieved. The girl that did my nails was miserable and had a horrible attitude, I literally had to tell her how to do her job... not that difficult to file nails evenly!!!!!
