I want to express a considerable amount of frustration and disappointment with the services I recently received from Jack Williams (the Palmyra location). (heads up there is a large rant to follow-but everyone should read this) I initially took my car in for an oil change due to the fact that I am at school and can not do it myself. However after getting my car back and driving it home, I soon discovered a large puddle of oil underneath my vehicle (2008 Honda CRV- in great condition, I might add). I called Jack Williams and spoke with an employee named Joel who decided it would be best for me to drive it to the Jack Williams Lebanon location since it was closer and he did not have anyone that could drive out to look at my car/take it back to Palmyra for me. I then cautiously drove my oil-leaking car to the Lebanon location where the employees there inspected it (the guys that helped me out were Scott and Lee, both of them were respectful, professional, and efficient with discovering the problem and working with me to come to a solution). We found that there was about an inch and a half crack in my oil pan from the seal being tightened way to much. Now, I am by no means an expert on cars, but I sure as hell know that the number one rule with completing an oil change on your car is to not over tighten the seal on the oil pan. To me, this seemed like a basic procedure that I paid a little over 30 bucks for (and was never reimbursed). We called the Palmyra location who eventually received my car via a tow truck that was set up by the guys at the Lebanon office. They also set me up with a rental car, which was helpful seeing that I had no method of transportation to/from school. After about a day or twos worth of time and endless amount of phone calls I finally received a rental car and my car was back at the Palmyra location. While I am thankful they paid for my rental car and then obviously the repair, it was quite obvious that no one had their sh** together at the Palmyra location. But wait it gets worse...Fast forward to 4 days later when my car was ready to be picked up. I got to Jack Williams at Palmyra and asked for my vehicle. The guy behind the counter preceded to "mock" my name out loud as though I had been a problem the past week and stated "Hondas always have problems, your car had a lot of miles on it". The dude literally tossed the keys at me and said that I can go. I went back out to my car and found all the plastic seat and floor mat covers left in place, all dirtied with grime and oil. There was also an oil mark along my steering wheel and on the inside of the door frame on the ceiling...AND there were two random tires left in my trunk...REALLY?! So I returned the tires to them and NOT ONCE did I receive an apology or a "we would hope to continue providing auto body services to you despite this one incident". Now, I get that it was probably a real pain to have to replace my oil pan but there was NO demonstration of respect, professionalism or courtesy. You would think they would try to make amends with what happened and at least apologize or return my car to me in a fricken clean manner. NONE of this was done. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back to Jack Williams again. I am sorry for the long rant but more people need to know about this and find a more trusting company to work on their car rather than these incompetent mouth breathers.

I am totally disappointed in the experiance I had with this shop. We live out of state and our daughter goes to college in the area. She heard some strange noises from her wheels so we had her take it this location. I explained to the gentlemen talking to me on the phone that I was out of state and that I was hoping to get them to look at her car thinking it needed power steering fluid and then call me so I could pay for it with a credit card over the phone once we agreed on the work to be done. I got a call from them saying that the car could not be driven and that they werent even allowed to release it to us. Mind you she drove it there.. They said the car was unsafe to drive in its current condition and that it would only steer straight. and not be able to go around turns. They said that the rack and pinion steering pump was bad and that the power steering pump was leaking.. They told us that it could cost upward of $3000 to get it fixed. It was like doom and gloom on this car.. When we told them to just lock it up and leave it for us to get they said there were not allowed to let us take it but we insisted. With them using those scare tactics we were going to pay $270 to have it towed. But instead we took our chances and drove 2 hours to the location of the car and picked it up...The car drove fine on the 2 hours home. I paid the $67 fee over the phone before we came to get it. I should call and get my money back. We dropped it off at our usual service station. Just found out that it was none of those things they tried to say to us..It is a $300 pressure hose. I hope that anyone reading this review does not allow yourself to be taken advantage of because you child is 2 hours away at college

This location of JW Tire has serious issues with listening and providing service. Car was brought in for passenger side noise, location called with issue and we approved the repair and had additional work performed due to alignment needing to be done for service to be performed. When noise was till there after pickup, car was brought back and location informs me parts were replaced on driver side. Service agent stated that we replaced the parts that we identified were damaged. Is left side when sitting in car or standing in front of car, I expected that the service would be done where I stated noise was coming from. Event second time we stated that noise was on passenger side when car was driving and disappears after about 3 miles, they attempt to duplicate noise when in reverse or in neutral. I suggest you find a different place to get your car serviced, and save yourself the aggravation of this place.

I was in from out of town, planned to return home the next day, and discovered one of my tires going flat. Despite being busy, they took my car, and said they would call me with options once they discovered what the problem was. They called me to tell me it was fixed, with no mention of what the problem was. I was prepared to argue, seeing as I never authorized a repair without knowing what the problem was. They told me the valve stem had come slightly loose, and tightening it fixed the problem... no charge. I rarely find a automotive business that will not take shameless advantage of your helplessness. Jack Williams did the right thing by me. They are one of the good ones.
