After bringing my fiancees car there for a break light issue. (See my review of Pep Boys of Fruitville Pike). I tried to remedy the problem by replacing the bulbs, fuse, and even the brake light switch. The staff there was very helpful. They provided honest input and advice on how to fix the problem. They went out of their way to help and even went outside of the the store and tried to see if they could help without me or my fiancee even having to ask. They did everything short of picking up a wrench and repairing the car. They have great customer service there and the staff is friendly and helpful. But the thing that won them the five stars was INTEGRITY! If you are in need of car parts, and want helpful advice and great customer service. Then you should go here. Even though they were not able to "Fix" my problem. They gave it their best shot and went above and beyond the call. They have won a repeat customer with myself as well as my family and friends.

The service was good. But you have to wait forever to check out because the associates are too focused on looking up parts on the computer for other customers. So they ignore just simple purchases most of the time.
