I purchased a certified pre-owned Jeep with the help of Bailey Clyde at Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in October. Bailey and Susquehanna CDJR assisted me in accomplishing several goals I had in purchasing a car. First, the price point on the vehicle I was interested in was very fair and left me feeling confident that I was not being taken advantage of. I did a lot of research prior to deciding on my vehicle and there were no competing offers within 100 miles or so at that time on a similar vehicle. Second, I did not want to purchase a car somewhere I didnt feel respected me as a person, and I definitely felt respected at Susquehanna CDJR which was reassuring. There was nothing sleazy or greasy about the way the staff at Susquehanna CDJR treated me. Third, I was hopeful that I could receive a certain fair price for my trade-in. Bailey matched the trade-in amount I had in mind. Lastly, I was hoping to score a lower interest rate on the financing than I had arranged prior to coming to Susquehanna CDJR. Bailey and the team there worked together and found a creditor willing to beat the modest interest rate I had already acquired. Considering that I arrived on a Friday evening, had no prior interactions with Bailey or the other staff who assisted in completing the necessary paperwork, and essentially ate into their weekends, the degree of earnest helpfulness that they all demonstrated toward me really made me feel satisfied that this dealership was worth spending my hard earned money at. Also, since purchasing my vehicle, I have received numerous follow ups from Bailey to ensure that I have been satisfied with my purchase. So, customer satisfaction is clearly a concern for this dealership. That said, its still a car dealership and they clearly want to make some money (who doesnt?). I visited and called several dealerships to schedule test drives and to inquire about purchasing cars prior to shopping at Susquehanna CDJR and had varying experiences in that process. Compared to my other experiences with dealerships which either used high pressure sales tactics and condescending lectures to try to strong-arm me into buying a car (or, conversely, seemed entirely disinterested in me), the way that Bailey and the rest of the team engaged with me came across as polite, professional, respectful and - as to be expected - business-like. Take away point: Id recommend giving Bailey and the folks at Susquehanna CDJR a chance to do business with you.

ONE NASTY SIDE AFFECT TO DEALING WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. BOTH VEHICLES AFTER THE LAST SERVICE HAD TONS OF FLIES LEFT INSIDE THE VEHICLES. THIS SEEMS LIKE NO COINCIDENCE. WE THINK THIS IS A MESSAGE AND TACTIC THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT USES TO TREAT DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS. I am an owner at a company that has bought two company Jeep Cherokees in the last 1.5 yrs. The sales process was good and reasonable. The service that has followed has been questionable at best and the service reps have been acquiescent by stating when service would be complete and never meeting the time of day or in some cases the day service was supposed to be finished. The service counter rep "Paul" is uncaring, not committal, and passes the blame for everything that is wrong with a vehicle. It is by no coincidence that both my companys vehicles have had multiple warranty work recalls and items not regarding recall issues that have been brought to the dealer for repair just to be told that the mechanics didnt see and find an issue. After arguing with the service rep and service rep manager, the service department manager finally takes a look to verify what our claim is and then says he sees what we are seeing but denies that the issue was current during the mechanics diagnostic(s). Our company has an extended warranty for both vehicles. We just had both vehicles in for service which should have been totally covered by our extended warranty. Instead of honoring the warranty, the rep and rep manager claim user caused damage which is not covered. Service department admitted they assumed this position and have no basis for their claim. The service department has yet to help me file a claim for warranty repair and have charged my company parts and labor. The Jeep Manufacture Dealer Rep info was not shared with me supposedly due to "protocol." It has been almost 48 hours since the service manager said that the rep will call in 24-48 hours. No word yet. Ive tried contacting the dealer and get put into phone land prompt hell.

I was checking Kelly Blue Book for the value of my car and was blown away that it was far less than the loan I still had on it. I did an instant offer on KBB and was told what I could get and where I could go for the best deal. Susquehanna Auto popped up. Even after Googling them, they came back with great reviews so in a way, I took this as a sign to check them out. Not the greatest credit in the world but it couldnt hurt, right? I was met by Ryan J., who introduced me to Angel Castilloveitia, a last name I may never get right, and he guided me through a process that was mind blowing. He explained EVERYTHING in great detail and kept me in the loop because financing was going to be difficult. After I left that day, I went to another reputable dealership close to them, and felt like I was a no one there, not even a face in the crowd. While being sat in an office that could be used as a closet, thinking of the view I had while I sat with Angel in his office, that had a great view of all the cars on the lot, I got an e-mail from Angel telling me how things were progressing and not give up. I knew at that moment they were the place I was going to get my car from. And I did! I finally drove off the lot with a 2016 Dodge Journey and I could not be happier!! I could live in this car if it did laundry :) Very roomy and not to mention, I had the best sales team ever for getting my very first brand new car! Angel made this the best time of my life (next to my children being born!) and Shane explained how all the financing was going to work to help improve my credit. These guys went above and beyond and when I am in the market many years from now, I will be going back there to shop for my new car. I couldnt be a happier person right now, unless I win the lottery, and in a way, I did!! Thank you Angel and everyone at Susquehanna Auto for the best experience for buying a car!

No one actually enjoys shopping for cars, in a deep sense. We often ask ourselves during our quiet insecure moments, "Do I know what Im talking about?" "Do I know what Im doing?" "Am I being taken for a fool?" I am no different than you and you are no different than I. This dealership negates that feeling almost completely. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the staff are happy to be there. I was greeted by a gentle woman who was warm and direct. I was immediately paired with Angel, my salesman. Angel was a delight from beginning to end. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness without waiver. My questions were pointed and concise and he answered in kind. My joy and excitement was nearly intolerable and this kind man matched it breath for breath. He seemed to effortlessly intuit exactly what I wanted and needed from a new Jeep and he offered it up on what I can only describe as a silver platter. There were some negotiations, some disagreements and even frustration. Angel handled this with the ease and grace of a sage. His patience, kindness, intellect, humor and enthusiasm essentially held my hand through this amazing experience. He answered my questions for hours and carefully ensured that I understood every available feature on my new Jeep. I could not possibly love my Jeep more than I do and Angel made my time there magical. The gentleman who facilitated and directed the paperwork portion, I believe he was actually the used car manager, was patient, gentle and informed. He took the time to answer all of my questions carefully and honestly. He ensured that I fully understood everything that I was signing. He was delightful. This language we use is simply not sufficient to do my interactions with Angel and this dealership justice. I would send my Grandmother to this dealership, directly to Angel, and I love Grandma more than the Jeep.
