Soooooo! what can I say about Eurotech car dealership wellllll... I purchased my first car ever off the lot from them 10/2016. The experience was to say the least a journey of highs and lows there were some unforeseen issues that came up on my end being it was my first time ever dealing with a dealership as well as my being a novice when it comes to financing and due diligence in car research, but guess who was there to not only educate me but to walk me step by step through what to most could/can be a nerve racking process, the salemanship comradery and family oriented style of business that I received from TAYVON and MIKE nothing short of phenomenal(true masters of their craft) Their ability to alleviate my apprehensions as well as create a car buying experience that leaves you/me with no buyer remorse in the used car game is nothing short of an heroic feat.. I plan to buy my next car from them and my next car, and my next car! In a used car game thats a buyers gamble TAYVON, MIKE, and Eurotech are a sure bet, and and if your reading this you should be making your way down to the Eurotech dealership and tell them Trav with the smile from ear to ear in his 2015 Chrysler 200 sent you. Peace and Blessings!

I have a 2002 VW jetta 1.8 liter turbo. At 101,000 miles my timing belt blew and did destructive damage to the engine bending valves etc etc. I was going to have it towed to Catonsville, as the VW car dealership on Harford Road had been raping me for the past 2 years when a friend told me about Eurotech and how happy she was with her VW service. I act like a scalded dog when I approach a mechanic - my dad taught me to trust no one..." TRUST is something that should be earned ". Fast forward - With the engine rebuilt that little rocket ship feels brand new...Ive put 25,000+ hard miles on it.. am running synthetic oil and getting better gas mileage than I was when the car was new. Additionally, I have an old custom Humvee - a vehicle that no auto shop wanted to dog down these very difficult to find parts. Eddie didnt complain about it being a pain in the a** type job, he just did the research and moved forward. BOTTOM LINE - All work done so far on my vehicles has been stellar. Pricing was a bit below their competition AND I get my cars back clean :).... no grease on the steering wheel, stained seats etc . Looks like this scalded dog finally has a new "professional friend" he can trust.

Using my sons log in, I am leaving this review for Euro-Tech. I recently took my Mercedes to Euro-Tech for a wheel bearing repair and was very pleased with their service. I would recommend the team of Mike and Marshall for the estimate and repair. Marshall spent quality time explaining to me my options and test drove the car with me to diagnose the problem. My concern was how he could pinpoint which rear wheel bearing it was due to the large difference in cost between the left/right vs the center bearing which he showed me by how the car navigated the roadway. Fortunately/ it was the left bearing and it is running beautifully now. He also pointed out several other noticeable needed repairs and the relevance of each. An obvious improper wear on my front tires indicated the repair of my two front ball joints so I had them repaired as well, delaying the cost of two new tires. My only issue with Euro Tech was that they did not apply the $95 estimate charge to the cost of the repairs, like many other shops do. I would recommend Marshall for repairs and would return to have him work on my car again.

Dont get mad if they dont do half jobs or say something that you dont want to hear because nobody wants to hear anything bad about there car. I came in for a repair for my 2004 BMW 530i. The repairs vs the year of the car didnt make sense financial, So I was really stressing. I talked to the owner Mr. V and the car dealer side Mr.Tavon to try to figure out whats the solution LONG TERM. I could write on here and explain my entire situation but in conclusion I drove off the lot with a 2010 Benz that was under 40k miles and a good payment. it was actually not far from what I was paying for the 04 BMW. 1.The lesson I learned was dont put yourself into a high mileage car with a high payment because when the repairs start your SCREWED. 2. Stay away from those guys out of Bel Air, MD. when things go wrong you wont be able to get out there and then hear comes the check engine lights.

I took my VW euro van here for engine repair. Ed Kim informed me that I had a blown head gasket. I authorized repair and asked him about replacing head bolts. He said they dont as it can damage threads. After $1366+ I headed back toward Tucson, got some 360 miles and the gasket blew again. I had the van hauled to Tucson and analyzed by Chapman VW, an authorized sales and service center. They showed me where the engine was damaged beyond repair. Euro-Tech failed to replace the "stretch head bolts" which is a requirement for any repair where the bolts are removed. I talking with seven service managers or mechanics at various shops from W.Va. to Tucson, all were amazed at this failure to replace the head bolts. If you use Euro Tech for repairs, especially on VW or Audi, you may consider yourself fore warned. Bad news.

I am impressed! I am from New England. My girlfriends son 1998 volvo v70 wagon broke down about an hour out of Baltimore. It was in limp mode. AAA towed it to his brothers house close to your repair shop. We diagnosed the problem from New England and My girlfriends son purchased the part at Autozone. I called Euro-Tech from New England and spoke with Ian. I asked how much it would cost to install a Autozone part and he said $52.00. The next day it was fixed and my girlfriends son is back on the road again. I can not thank you enough. 4 stars for honesty! Thank you John from New England

I went in for an oil change, and found that they charged less than a lot of other places nearby. The mechanic also informed me that I needed to fix my thermostat to improve gas mileage. I brought it back the next week and it was finished hours before anticipated. I had a friend take her car in for a replacement headlight and she, too, was surprised to have her car finished in less than half the time originally quoted. Great service! I will definitely be returning. Be sure to ask for Marshall!
