I work at this location and while I usually do not like to give reviews on places I work I love this place the customers are very polite and friendly and staff if we cannot find what youre looking for we usually will go out of our way to help you in any way possible.

The location seems fine. Prices and stock availability is good. However, the staffs needs to improve their professionalism among each other and around clients. No one was rude but they need to refine their conversations and activity.

Most staff have little to no knowledge of car repair. They are rude on the phone and will say "yeah we have that part but itll have to be ordered" why would you say yeah we have it if it needs to be ordered??

They ordered the wrong part for me and made me wait nearly 20 min just to return it. Staff is rude, obnoxious, does not have sufficient knowledge of auto parts, and is lacking in all customer service skills.
