As a college student you are always pinching for pennies and look for ways to save. On my way home, a sign thrower caught my attention with his sign that says, "$16.99 Oil Changes"! I say this is exactly what I need, and the price matches. So I go into Precision Auto to get my oil changed. When I enter I am greeted by an older gentleman with a rusty voice. He takes my information, and says itll be about 20mins. I said, "great,Ill wait here". Once they completed my oil change, they told me I should come and check out a leak that they found, which they believed it to be Power steering. I asked if they could write down the information and Ill have it checked out later. Fast Forward, today, as I am traveling to work on interstate 95N, I heard a rattle, and a crack, and BOOOM! My entire tire flew off of my vehicle, and across the highway, I lost control of my car, as I am riding on 3 wheels and an sparkling axle. My angels lead me to safety on the side of the shoulder, and was able to bring my car under control. I nearly could have lost my life today, on such a busy intestate and at the speed limit (55mph). I towed my vehicle to my trustworthy mechanic who, immediately said I was lucky and upon working on my damaged car, he immediately noticed a malfunction with the tire(that flew off on 95). He said the bolts were missing, as if someone took them off. He began to question whether I had recent work done. I mentioned the oil change, he said again, that something wasnt done correctly and isnt right. I dont know what imbecile, incompetent, so called auto repair shop/facility you call yourselves but an investigation needs to be done, ASAP. As I read through other reviews, its alarming because I am not the first (and sadly probably not the last) customer who experienced such a tragedy. This is not something you can just sweep under the carpet. I plan on taking legal action against Precision Auto in Severna Park (off Richie Hwy)!!!!! Lives are at stake.

I have a 2003 Dodge minivan that I need to keep for another year or so. Ive practically rebuilt the van myself (including replacing the radiator, fans, and water pump), but when the time came to do the struts, I decided to seek help. So I bought new MOOG struts and an inner tie rod end online, and took them to Wayne at the Severna park Precision Tune. All the work was done promptly in a professional manner, and they even covered the seat with a fitted plastic sheet. My van rides and steers better than when I bought it, because it had 42K miles on it when I bought it from a Dodge dealer in 2005. I just drove it about 800 miles across I-68 and I-79 north in Pa over the Thanksgiving holidays. The roads there are a mess and its still perfect. I mean, some of the roads were like minefields, and the van still rides like new. The alignment they did is perfect also. I also had the oil changed at Precision Tune, and they did a great job on that too. Im very happy with their work!

I showed up without an appointment and the manager said he would do his best to get an oil change done for me, which he did. He worked me in and I was on my way home in a little under an hour! The store was very clean and the manager was very friendly and helpful. He suggested that I check to see if my spark plugs had been replaced but did not pressure me to have the work done right away. Instead, he suggested that I check the maintenance records to see if it had been taken care of and, if not, to seriously consider getting it done. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

Ordered my own parts for new brake pads (Ackebono Ceramic) front and rear as well as two new tires (Sumitomo HTR A/S P02). Wayne was great on the phone providing very competitive pricing for labor and getting an appointment set up. They fit me in on Saturday so I wouldnt have to re-arrange my work schedule. The shop crew spent extra time mounting/balancing a new tire on rim that hit a fierce pothole. I will defiantly use this shop in future. I work in the customer service industry and theirs was great, I would defiantly recommend this business to family and friends.

Pretty disappointing. I called Monday and made an appointment for an oil change at 3:00PM on Wednesday. I showed up at exactly 3 and stood in the waiting area for about 10 minutes and no one came to help me. I had to walk into the garage area to get someones attention. They had no knowledge of my appointment and told me they had too many cars to work on and couldnt do my oil change. I just left at that point since I had to get back to work.

These guys took great care of my car! Although their shop was obviously very busy after the snow storm, Ben made sure each customer was taken care of in turn. They changed my oil and let me know what else my car needed and explained why. Ben was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Great customer service and great car service! They also are carfax certified. I would definitely consider going here again for future car needs.

This place only gets two stars because the people seems really nice to your face, I left there and took my van right up to midas on west st in annapolis. Precision was right about my thermostat needing replaced but my bearings were both fine and the only issue was a loose connection with my abs which they some how missed, car is fixed and cost me 450 dollars less than precision quoted me.

Taken both a Suburban and Accord to these guys, and they did me right. The Suburban had an intermittent squeaking in the drive train. They troubleshot for an afternoon, couldnt find the problem, but didnt charge me anything. Later, when the drivetrain U-joint was found to be the problem, they repaired it in an hour for $150, the cheapest quote in town.

This place is terrible! They were not able to fix anything. I had to take my vehicle to another shop to have it fixed correctly and ended up paying double for what should have been a simple repair to anyone that knows what they are doing. Save yourself time and money, stay away from this shop.

Just moved to the area and found these folks. These guys were great. Took care of my brake problems. It was nice to find reliable car care folks! They even drove me to a rental car location nearby as a courtesy service. Stan, Nick and team! Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service and value. Wayne knows his stuff and can speak in laymans terms. Felt no pressure to get other recommended work done and for that reason I probably will bring it back to you for some of that work. Thanks,
