Had car towed in because they assured us they would look at it that day...didnt even look at it until the next day. Didnt start work on it until two days after that. Price quote was on the high side, but would have been too costly to tow it elsewhere. They overcharged for parts, almost $300 for a $150 part. Were uncommunicative throughout the whole process. Always had to call them to find out what was going on. Gear shift came disconnected and they had to be told repeatedly what was wrong. Almost like they had never seen a manual transmission before.

I am pretty familiar with vehicles and usually only take my vehicles in for inspections and emergencies and I have used Baxter twice now and have had no problems. They have always been friendly and today, when the air pumps were down at both of the nearby gas stations and my wifes jeep tires were dangerously low, one of the techs saw my frustration at the 7-11, and they opened up a couple of minutes early, checked the tires and got me going again. Thank you guys...Youll get my return business. Its the little things that make the biggest difference.

I can vouch for one of the other reviews that they most definately charge you double for parts ordered. In my case, 500 for a 250 dollar part. How do i know, i walked across the street and had autozone look up part number on invoice, 250. Extra hour added to BS labor cost also. That is pure dis-honest and lack of character. Very disappointed, they could have made an honest 100-200 profit on the repair but instead doubled their profit and earned a nice NEGATIVE REVIEW and bo more future business from myself and anyone in my circle of friends.

We have never been anything but extremely satisfied when going to Baxters Tire and Auto. Weve been customers for many years. Not only do we purchase our tires there, we go there for all of our other service needs, also. From an oil change to a/c problems, Baxters can do it all! They have the best prices in town, excellent turn around time and extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff! I recommend Baxters Tire and Auto to all my family and friends and to you, too!

More than happy with this business! I called to have an alignment on my vehicle. He told me that they were booked out for 4 days. I told him that would be fine, and would schedule for then. While about to schedule, he told me that if I wait he can squeeze me in. This was very convenient for me and my schedule. I was only there for 45 minutes. Could not have been easier! I love local in the community, and will not go anywhere else for my car needs.

Not sure how these guys stay in business. I had work done here and had to return twice before they could do it right. The older lady at the front was very much lacking in her customer service. 6 months later I end up going to Challenger to get it done right. It cost me a little more but my car was in and out in 2 days and its been fine since....not to mention they loaned me a car for the day. Quality work is worth paying for.

Worst experience! Had an appointment to have tires balanced and took off work and when I got there they Said cant take you today everyone went home it is to hot! What? I had an appointment! They could at least call you and tell you they were closing! This was so inconsiderate! Would not recommend wasting your time going to this place!

Keith is the most honest salesmen Ive ever met. My entire family now gets their tires or mechanical work done by him and his group because weve had such a great experience there. No BS - truth in what you actually need and fast, cost-relative service. Cant say one thing negative

Took jeep in to have tires balanced and tire alignment for vibrations. After having the vehicle for a day, no tires were balanced orb aligned and 2as presented a workup with 500$ worth of maintenance that would take less than an hour and 50$ in parts. Never going back.

Man these guys are expensive. They do good work but not worth the price. I had to put on 1 Firestone tire @ $250 total due to a flat. The total to purchase 3 more and alignment at Baxter was $890 and I found exact tire at local competitor for $650 out the door.

I have dealt with Baxters for years they are a very honest shop and not knowing anything about cars its nice that I know they are not cheating me out of my money or lying to me about the work I need done. They have always been honest & done good work.

Great customer service, had three state inspections completed without appointments. Walked in and was out the door within hour hour and half with certificate and or list of needed repairs. I highly recommend them for your service needs.
