Brought it in to evaluate. They never called to get authorization to work. When I called them they had already started the repair and ordered the parts. Took 4 days longer than expected to complete the work the first time...then the new part broke and had to take it back again for replacement. They left things unplugged and loose, didnt clean anything, didnt reset clock, and broke an unrelated piece that I now have to replace (will not take it back to them to mess up something else!).
