They are not honest mechanic!!!!!! On Saturday morning I went there for oil change. They provided basic oil change for 19.99 and premium oil change for 29.99. At first I chose basic oil change, however, the manager recommended premium oil change to me and I agreed. Since the premium one will provide tire rotation and I want that maintenance. After maintenance, I noticed they didn’t run tire rotation. The explanation is that the tires are still in good condition. They insisted the premium charge even they didn’t provided full service. It is much like that you paid all the fees for the full medical examination and then you were told you look healthy and the examination was cancelled. Also, they told me the air filter need to be replaced by next oil change. What!!!!! My air filter was changed just only 2 months ago. Finally I disputed the charge with the help from Credit Company. I was very upset for Meineke’s attitude and I won’t get into their store again. I put my GPS in the glove box. After the oil change, my GPS is gone.

I had a wonderful experience here. The genuine courtesy of the staff was a pleasant surprise which made my short wait feel even shorter. As for actual service, My car was up on a lift before I even finished filling out the paperwork. I was told my wait would be roughly an hour, and after years of working for a dealership, i knew that probably meant 2. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when my brake replacement and oil change were done in under 45 mins! Impeccable service, and an extremely welcoming staff have ensured that I will be a repeat customer!! I would highly recommend this location to anyone I know. Thank you all so much for great service!

They are straight forward with you. May be a little pricey, but you pay for what you get. In my case i had check engine light which was caused by misfiring cylinders. took it in for tune up, they quoted me right away, took my truck right away, and let me know that ignition coil was misfiring as well. but before they went ahead and did that they called me and told me how much that part was gonna cost and didnt charge me for the labor. They did real good work, truck runs great.

Recently I had an oil change done at Meineke . As time went on, I noticed whenever I would leave the parking lot, there would be a wet spot on the ground. Once I realized it was from my vehicle, I immediately took it to a repair shop. Come to find out the person who did the oil change at Meineke did not put the oil filter back on tightly and oil was leaking. Because of this, it could have cost me a new vehicle. Never again.

Paid for the premium oil change and they didnt even rotate my tires which is why I get the premium. They also began to tell me my brakes were shot and needed to be fixed that day... I just got my car back from the dealer a month ago who said everything looked great.. Also wanted to over charge me by $100 for the brake service. Dont go its a rip off
