These guys are either shady or incompetent. I started going to them in 2010 and they were the only shop we went to for almost everything. They treated us well in the beginning but after one occasion where I took the car to another shop because their estimate was $400 less than Bay Area, things went down hill. From then on, they started padding their estimates by hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Now, Im not an auto mechanic but I work on mechanical and electronic aircraft equipment and Ive been doing small repairs on my own cars for years. Between my own experience, the advice of more experienced friends and the goodole internet, I can tell a bad part from a part with wear. On a couple of occasions when I dropped the car off with a detailed description of the symptom, they said that they couldnt find the problem after having it all day. In both cases I had to actually walk out to the car with them and demonstrate it where their only response was "oh, it wasnt doing that before". On another occasion, they more than doubled their estimate because they said two related parts were damaged and leaking lubricants. I knew something was up because I had looked at both parts the day before and only one was damaged. I passed on the repair and left. When I got home I checked the parts again and as before, only one was damaged. I know that shady auto mechanics are no rarity but you expect higher standards from a franchise carrying the Goodyear name. This particular shop is one of the bad ones and I would strongly encourage anyone to go elsewhere.

I have been taking all my cars over to this shop and never had any issues with them changing tires, changing my oil, figuring out I had a bad starter right before a blizzard. The manager Brian I always deal with is honest with his prices and repairs and if I ever have have any problems he is always ready to look at my cars and tell me what is going on. They will continue to get my business I recommend this shop to a lot of my friends. I would always get the service plan on new tires I took a chunk out of one of my tires and they immediately the next day put a brand new tire on for free.

Started going here after issues with other shops. They are extremely honest and friendly. They have fair prices and are not overly aggressive trying to sell me things I dont need. They go out of their way to find out what the exact problem is and do not just throw parts at the problem. I really like Brian and James they are just so courteous. They always inform me and show me what is happening with the car. They have excellent warranties and great tires. They almost always have a tire sale going on and Brian will get you the best price.

We only use Bay Area for our maintenance. Honest guys who arent wolves in sheeps clothing, unlike a lot of folks in the area. Slashed my sidewall and rather than pull on heart strings they showed me my depth, that a certain Mazda dealer told me that I needed new tires. Turned out I had about 10K left on them. Honest and reliable
