Worst experience. I needed to get an alignment done and 4 tires. I got the 4 tires, but the alignment couldnt be done because I had a bad tie rod. (Side note: they said there was a warranty on the tires) I already had the parts for the tie rods, for I had just replace one. So, I replaced the other tie rod. I come back for the alignment. I waited from 12 that evening, until CLOSING to be told that my wheel hub was bad. We took my car home. Checked the wheel hub. It wasnt bad. But I already had the part, so we replaced it anyways. Finally got the alignment done. At this point, its been 3 weeks of going back and forth, so my tires were worn. They tried selling me more tires! I said no. Went home. A week later, a ROCK WENT INTO MY TIRE. The tire it went through, werent worn because they were on the back, and we rotated the tires ourselves. I went back to them. Only having the tires for a month, they did a plug on the tire. The plug started to come out the next day. So, I took the car back to them. They put a new tire on, then tried to charge me for the tire. Well. Didnt make sense since they told me in the beginning that the tires had a waranty. Plus, HOW DOES A MONTH OLD TIRE GET A ROCK IN IT?! So, my boyfriend calls them, and nicely asks them why they would try to charge me if there was a warranty on the tire. They then said they had never said that. Then, they told him to never come back. Save yourself the time. Dont come here. To precisions response: You LIED to me about my wheel hub. It was perfectly fine, which caused me to drive on my tires without the alignment even more. You COULDNT REMEMBER what you did to my car! I had to remind you guys several times. Plus, I guess you FORGOT that you told me I had roadside assistance and whatnot, then tried to charge me for another tire because the tire you put on was so cheap, it had a ROCK GO THROUGH IT! Oh, and your patchwork sucked. Plus, you were so rude to my boyfriend and me, telling us to never come back after simply questioning what you said, since obviously you cant remember what you did yesterday apparently. Yeah. Horrible customer service.

bad so far.....i did alot of research and talked to the fleet mechanic at work who has been working on my type of truck make and model for the past 30 years about what was going on with my truck and he told me what it was and the research i did conformed it. i told the shop what it was and they said they would look at it i knew it needed a few othewr things but they could wait. i dropped my truck off and caught a ride to work i called and was told that it wasnt that it was something else and it was going to be 1200 dollars i asked if that would solve the problem he said yes i asked your sure? it will definitely fix the problem? he said yes it will youll have no more problems. he worked on the price with me dropped it to 1027 which i thought was awesome the customer service was great. they kept me updated through the day but when i picked the truck up at the end of the day it was still running bad and i didnt even get 150 feet from the driveway before my check engine light came on and the truck bogged down started missing and my oil gauge dropped i feel like the check engine light was just deleted and they changed my oil. i feel duped and like i threw 1000$ in the trash........nothing got fixed.......i called and left a message cause they were closed when i picked the truck up......there is no wy they test drove the truck.....i will call again in the morning and see if they will stand by his guarantee and get my truck fixed....i dont just have 1000 laying around it took me a long time to save that type of money im lower working class.....i hope they make it right if they do i will update my review to 5 stars and refer everyone to them.....we will see but so far very very very dissapointed

This place is the biggest joke in the county! I am not an idiot and know quite a bit about cars but dont own equipment to do tire balancing or alignments which is what I wanted done. As I am waiting for my truck to get worked on every customer that was in the office or had dropped their car off, which were all women, was getting told there was 100 things wrong with their cars and that it would cost hundreds of extra dollars to get it fixed. So I was just waiting for them to come tell me that I needed a bunch of crap done that I didnt need. And sure enough, here he came. Wanted to sell me a ton stuff I didnt need. Then when I called them out on it they want to charge me a $18.00 "rack fee" which I didnt agree to whatsoever. Its sad that there are people operating like this in our tightly knit community and I would never refer anyone to get work done here and would in fact go out of my way to keep people from going here! Shame on the people who work there for preying on the woman of our community and the people who just dont know any better. I probably would have paid something for them looking at it if I hadnt of witnessed the way they were treating every customer who walked in the door. All about money in this establishment!

I took my daughters car there before Christmas. Since she was taking a road trip I wanted the oil changed. That was it. They got the car in after about 45 minutes of waiting. (No one in front of me according to the guy). After awhile, the mechanic person comes out with my paperwork. The other guy calls me up to the counter and says we did the oil but your battery posts need cleaning up (which I already knew) and there was other stuff I "had to get done". Especially since she was going on a trip. I called my husband (since he knows exactly what is going on with her car since hes been doing the maintenance for her). He said she doesnt need anything other the the oil and battery posts. He then called the shop and some to the guy saying he was the district manager or something like that. Now all of a sudden all those things didnt need to be done at all! After seeing responses from people around town, Im thinking my feelings of them thinking " women are stupid and will pay for crap I tell them they "have to have" is in fact true! I will not go back, with or without my husband! Dont rip me off!

So here I am, sitting in the wait room. The floors are filthy, mats too. The Keurig has what looks like mold in the canister that I can see from where I sit. The sugar is a tub ..open with a scoop in it....thats dirty... The bathroom "doesnt work" and when I walked in...just like I read here in the reviews...I am a female and he sees money. I had a Groupon...and right out the gate "That groupon doesnt cover synthetic, so there will be an upcharge"...me: "Its for a full synthetic"..him: "no, let me see it"...after looking -"how Much was it?" Me:"50"...him "thats new....well its only up to 5 quarts,so any more and its an upcharge". All I could think is this guy is definitely trying to get more out of me. Now I am reading this Groupon in and out. Oh....and my wait time is 3 Hours! ....theres 2 people in the waiting room. I have also heard them tell 2 diffrent people that their tread wear is at 2/32. I dont think thats a coincidence. I wont be back. Only came for this Groupon...not again.
