This appointment was made for me by a family friend. The guys were very rude and unprofessional. Said that "my intelligence level went down" because I told them that we wanted to replace the rear tires and not the front tires because the rear tires were leaking. Also when I asked them what kind of tires they were putting on, their response was "round ones". I had to the reiterate that I meant when kind of tread they were. The whole time they were smoking inside while we waited for them to put the tires on and the area was just filled with smoke. Would not recommend again and I will definitely not be coming back.

I have been taking my cars to Phoenix for several years now. Pats the best--ask for him. I have taken my car there to be fixed for various things, and Pat has let me leave with it without having to pay because another part was coming in and I was going to have to bring it back in a week. Ive also had Pat look at a problem with my car, and if he couldnt fix it, I didnt have to pay a penny--not even after he spent hours on my car and ordered parts that ended up not going into my car. So yeah, its not a boutique garage, but Pat is as honest as the day is long. I dont take my cars anywhere else.

When I called this place to see what the damage was to my car after my auto accident these people were very vague and did not give me any strait answers. I had to get my boyfriend to call them and get answers out of them, because obviously they werent going to tell me! And the person who picked up the phone gave my man attitude! My man was not impressed either and reminded them that he is the customer and you cant treat your customers like that! Only after that, did I receive better service. I do not recommend this place at all, stay away!

AWFUL!!!! Stay AWAY!!! They "fixed" my car for 700$, and 2 days later I had MAJOR issues with it again!!! My whole timing belt and pulley system FELL off!!! When I called to tell them what had happened, they said they would "look" at it. Then, they didnt know whether or not they were going to charge me for there mistake! The men there were RUDE ASSHOLES!!! I am a woman, and they took FULL advantage of that!

I woke up today to two slashed tires called the shop and cant get new ones till Monday so to help me out the garage put two used tires on for me until the new ones come in and did it right away and didnt ask for athing its nice to know that ther are still good honest decent people out there I will never use anyone else thank you phoenix auto so much
