Chris was so polite. I called about putting struts on my wifes car for an estimate and he said that he would call me back with a price in about 15 minutes. Well I have been to a lot of places to have our cars worked on and thought okay here I go again. No not this time Chris called me right back like he said and with a price as well. I asked when could he get to it and he said to bring it in and he would try to do it that day. I said the only problem with that is I had no way to get home and he said no problem he had a loaner car that I could use. I took my wifes car around noon that very day and he was at lunch so Eric helped me out. He was already informed by Chris on why I was bringing the car in I was totally amazed that Eric knew what I needed as well. He wrote everything up and had the loaner ready and running. I asked if he needed Id or anything for the loaner and he said no and even said if I needed to cross the bridge that there was a ez pass. Boy I was in shock never been to a place that treated you with respect and put you first. Now about the car, there was other problems with it than just having to put on struts but Chris called me about everything and explained it to me and even sent me pictures of the ones that were on the car. I kept the loaner over night and by 2 pm or so the next day my husbands car was ready. I have never been to a auto repair shop that was so polite, organized, and quick to get the job done. Chris even sent me a thank you card for bringing my business to him, no thank you Chris and all the employees that work for Harris. You guys are great and will recommend Harris to my family and friends.

UNBEATABLE SERVICE - In 2005 I moved to Gloucester. I was in search of a reliable mechanic. As a woman I felt vulnerable in this area for fear of being taken advantage of. A co-worker who has lived in Gloucester for a long time highly recommended Harris Garage. Pardon the punn but I took them for a test drive and I have been their client ever since. I could not be happier. They are friendly, honest, considerate and their service is unbeatable. They always discuss any additional work with the customer that is out of the ordinary beforehand. In my book they are reasonable eventhough I have heard they are high. I think price is what you can afford. If you can afford poor service then go somewhere other than Harris Garage. All the work I have ever had done to my vehicles have never required a redo. They are also up to speed with technology and always timely with their work. You can communicate with them via e-mail and receive service invoices along w/future suggested service recommendations via .pdf format. You wont find a nicer, more knowledgable, honest and genuinely caring group of people who take excellent care of their customers. In summary, unbeatable service. H. Corley

Wow should be a word on the 5 star choice. This team is fantastic because they listen to me, let me know what I may need to have done or NOT done. They are willing to let me use their car for the day while they do the work on my car. Its nice to have a mechanic you can trust and who cares about your bottom line and the safety of my family. My 91 year old mom has been delighted by their care for over 10 years now. They come to her and pick up her vehicle (that she enjoys keeping so others can use it to take her to appointments) do the oil changes and repairs and bring it back when the work is done. They are so respectful and kind to her. Even when they see her out their team makes a point to "visit" with her for a few minutes. Customer service at this shop is a model everyone could learn from. I would like to take the time to say thank you to Harris Garage and to Michael and Chris that works at the front counter. They are very professional and polite they took the time to inform me of everything that it would take to get my car back in good driving condition. At other automotive repair shops they did not want to take the time to let me know what it would take to fix it just how much it would cost. My car has never driven so good now that you have fixed the parts on the front end also I love my new set of tires you were correct they are a quiet and comfortable riding tire. Thank you so much.
