This place ripped me off for nearly $400. Got a flat in my Saab, used the spare tire (at least 30mi) to get to the shop. Car ran fine. Decided to get 4 new tires, they were long overdue. I was informed that I had somehow damaged the wheel hub by using the same lug bolts on the spare that I used for the tire. Ive use the spare before with the lug bolts and had no issues. The repair costed nearly $400. I contacted a Saab mechanic shop, they informed me that their are no special lug bolts for the spare.

I had a huge rock come across the road infront of my car and I hit it and it blew my tire. I showed up at fire stone freaking out because I am not from that area and I was setting up and wedding and then had to attend the wedding. They guys at firestone were so good, they squeezed me in, put a new tire on my car, put the donut tire and my jack back in my car all neat and it was completed before the wedding started. They went above and begins to help me and I cannot thank them enough!

regular maintenance of my cars is done here (oil changes, tire rotations etc.) and Im pretty satisfied. I make an appointment and the work is always done when promised...they also send surveys to try to make sure youre a happy customer

Scam artists... told my wife her truck needed full synthetic oil. Confirmed it with the dealership and they said only conventional oil. Typical trash trying to take advantage of a woman. Luckily she walked out and didnt get suckered.

I trust these guys. I have a 2005 Acura RL that has many many miles on it. Every time the dealer tries to screw me over- these guys have hooked me up. Its awesome to stick with the same place since they have opened.

Im not sure if theyre incompetent or they deliberately tried to defraud me. Either way I ended up paying $500 more than I should have. If you ever need your car repaired go anyplace else.
