Took my Vehicle there KNOWING exactly what service I was seeking and left my vehicle overnight for them to give a price quote for AN EXHUAST MUFFLER replacement When I received the the quote it was for $528.78 Their Labor Rate is $105.00 per Hour while most competitors Labor Rate is $75.00 per Hour Muffler Man in Millersville did the job for $335.00 total When I picked up my vehicle I was CHARGED a $55.00 inspection fee, Huh? what? I already knew I needed a muffler so they shaded me, and I feel ripped off. They are expensive, the dude at the front desk is haughty and arrogant, in my opinion, also.
