I got 3 oil and filter changes while I was here, and I always brought my own products. They use the cheap stuff. Unfortunately, I still get charged full price. There was an oil leak coming from the seam of the oil filter on the second change; I barely noticed it unless I popped open the hood every now and then. After the third change, the leak was still there! Did they ever change my filter in the first place? And if they did, why did they not bother to tell me? I go back and politely ask for them to check out the issue. It turns out that it was not threaded properly and the o-ring was flattened. At this point, they ask if I would like to change the oil filter so I say yes (they could have just replaced the o-ring). But, I also mention that I did not expect to pay for it, since it was not done properly in the first place. The manager at the time did not say anything after that, so I assumed this was going to be the case. He comes back and says he is going to charge me $10 for the labor of replacing the labor. At this point, I walk out to the car to check on the work while the manager is holding open the door as if I am going to drive the thing off. The leak was fixed; however, the I truly feel as if he genuinely did not mind that the job was not done right the first time. Even for sake of having a returning customer, he wanted that petty $10. I will never go back here again. You can see the one lined reviews about this place for a lot of people that drop their vehicle off here and pay surplus amounts. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!!!!!!! Took a Saturn in to have the clutch replaced COST $ 1,400.00. I drove it to South Carolina and after two weeks the same problem came back. I figured it was under warranty so I rented a dolly and towed it 500 miles back to Maryland. Nope he says it is something else wrong with the clutch and its not covered under the warranty. Wait this is where it starts to get good, at an additional $800.00 he says he fixed the problem. Go to drive the car and its grinding going into third and will not even shift into 5th. Take it back to him and he tells us it is a transmission problem and he doesnt work on transmissions. SO to recap we spent $2,200.00 and are left with a broke car we can not drive

I have really bad experience here I will never go back again there never they charge to much , and they still not fix that problem I came there whit breakers new tires and my car have another issue they dont say anything now I expend 1000 k and I cant drive that car any more because they was very dishonest to tell u my car not even work to fix it Because that rust in that bottom of my car is felling off.... not recommended there to no one

Always a great experience. Excellent price for an oil change and they always tell what my car needs, but are never pushy on having me fix it there. They make sure I am aware of whays going on with my car. Great customer service. Thanks guys - yall rock!

Stealing is all I can say they wanted to charge me 1500.00 for repairs to my brakes. I took the truck home and found it was a 10 dollar brake line form the master cylinder to the HCU. WOW will never go there again

Toy corner to keep the kids busy while you wait, free Wi-Fi, coffee, water cooler, snack machine and Tico the parrot. What a great experience while we waited less than 20 minutes for an oil change.
