You would not believe what this guy (matt, the owner) put me through. One star is way too high...After writing up a contract to get the roof replaced on my rental home an hour from me and paying 1/2 up front.... contract anticipated him starting on thurs, (due to heat, he didnt start/totally understandable...but i didnt get a phone call until (Saturday) telling that he started and planned to complete the job that day and I needed to meet him at the site at 2 oclock with the rest of payment. I explained im out of state for the weekend and he starts getting loud with me, threatening to pull up what hes started if i cant be out there as instructed. contract states "rest due upon completion" but thats unreasonable. i told him i would try to drive back out there. when i do get out to the house to inspect and pay, i see he hasnt finished the work in the contract. he claims it was dangerous up there..then He put a girl on the phone because he couldnt keep his cool. she agrees to take 50 dollars off the bill for the unfinished work. This doesnt satisfy me..but i want to be down with this job. then they arrive on site and he claims he wants that 50 dollars too. this $2000 job and i have proof in texts where hes threatening to put a lien on my house for the 50. He actually resorted to calling me and my friend names, using profanity. Unprofessional, unreliable, immature and clearly not worth the money and aggravation. Now i have to get up on the roof and finish the painting myself. Please ask for references no matter how much of an emergency the job is and desperate you are. I have so many other details that were so wrong...but i wanted to get my point across for the reader. Be sure you record every encounter with your phone. It will help me when I take him to court. Jennifer is the one who actually admitted that he will tell you anything to sell the roofing Job. That was admitted in front of a witness and on audio recording.

I had initially reached out to this company in the beginning stages of searching for someone to repair my roof. As a first time home buyer, I dont have a long list of contractors to entrust with this task. Reasonably so, I planned to have 3 different roofers come to my house, give their estimate and opinion, and from there decide who I feel most comfortable working with. Pretty common, right?! When I spoke to this guy on the phone, I was dumbfounded by his complete unprofessionalism and disrespect. He began by telling me that all I wanted was cheap work, and saying that I wasnt willing to pay for quality work. All I told him is that I was just beginning to shop around, and he proceeded to call me ghetto, tell me that my roof isnt even worth replacing because I live in the ghetto, and just kept aggressively repeating this. He just assumed because of the town I live in, that I was ghetto, and my house was in the ghetto...which couldnt be further from the truth. When I hung up with him, he texted me demeaning and harassing comments. I was obviously shocked and upset, so my boyfriend then called him and told him to back off, and no longer contact me anymore. This man started screaming racial slurs at him over the phone,calling him and I the "N" word and when he hung up... he texted him with this racial nonsense as well. I am still in complete shock that a "professional roofing company" would treat anyone, let alone a potential source of their income this way. Dont waste a second of your time with his company. That is, unless you want this man to rip you apart, demean you and make racial remarks. Unbelievable.

Saw through mutual friends screenshots of somebody claiming to be from this company calling a potential client the n word and using other racist and unprofessional language. I clicked call on this and the phone number matches the one on the screenshots. Just doing my due diligence, I never, nor would I ever hire this company. Theres plenty of other roofers around its a highly competitive field dont give your hard earned money to a racist . Initially was just looking to see if it was true but I saw the comments they left in response and felt it was necessary to leave this for potential clients to see.. also to the company: if that truly was your former employee it is highly unprofessional to use their personal issues to defend yourself from a google review.. if you guys do such good work one bad review shouldnt be worth selling your integrity. And to everybody else Im doing this because I would like somebody to do it for me .. my son is Hispanic and I wouldnt want to unknowingly hire and help feed a racists family.

Matt and his crew have done great work on the house! They replaced everything they agreed to and did good work doing it! Everything was cleaned up around the house after we were done and once the order comes in he and his crew are coming back out to install gutters. We are very happy with his service and his understanding and his willingness to take payments for those of us who are unable to pay for an entire roof all at one time. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CLAIMES HE IS IN THE ARYAN NATIONS MAKING COMMENTS IN MY DRIVEWAY TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. COMPLETE DISGRACE! THEY NEVER EVEN STEPPED ON MY ROOF. THE LITTLE BALD HEADED FREAK CONDUCTS BUSSINESS LIKE A TWO BIT HUSTLER WITH NO IDEA OF WHAT THE TRADE OF ROOFING IS ABOUT. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BEEN FOR WARNED. IF I COULD RATE THESE SCUMBAGS IT WOULDNT EVEN BE A ONE STAR.

If I could leave a review with less than 1 star I would. I just saw the most racist and ignorant message the owner of this company left a potential client. I am shocked that someone would even treat another person in such a manner as this guy has. I have also posted the text message screen shots which clearly shows this business phone number as proof this guy is a racist. I would encourage NO ONE do business with All Pro Roofing Corporation.

Work was done on time and looked great. Price was competitive and customer service was superb! I read some reviews and being African American myself, I did not receive any of those remarks. Actually, got along good and would highly recommend All Pros services to friends and family. Thanks again for great work. Will use again if need arises.

Im sure you dont know what the definition of racist is. Why does it matter what type of business your clients work at? My favorite parts are all the fake reviews that are coming from the same location, and also how professional and grammatically correct this guy is in responding to negative reviews.
