After an onsite review conducted by a Structural Engineer, we knew what our home’s issues were and we needed a contractor that was up to the task. Upon meeting Bill & Joe from Home Pro, it was immediately evident they had a passion for their work and it blew the other contractors we were considering out of the water. They did a top to bottom walk through of our home, before I had even highlighted the issues they had zeroed in on them and that impressed me, they didn’t miss a thing. They were very knowledgeable and accessible; they encouraged my calls and questions and I never went to voicemail. If I texted Joe onsite, I got a response right back & photos. I was never stressed throughout the project, because there was instant communication. In addition to the significant structural improvements, a new roof & skylight, I wanted some modifications done to the exterior of the home to add functionality & character. We discussed it and Home Pro produced the drawings; again this impressed me because it was crucial that we were all on the same page and it speaks to the range of their services. I was also impressed by their grasp of proportion & symmetry of the details in relation to the existing structure. This really illustrated their craftsmanship and appreciation for the character of our home. Home Pro provided us a copy of the contract and certificates of their Workman’s Comp/Insurances and they stayed in budget. The Team arrived on time, cleaned up before they left, tarped and protected areas that were unfinished. They were flexible when we made changes/add-ons and when we backed off fully enclosing the porch. Even when the work was finished and I had a question/concern, Joe came out the next day and addressed it. They went above & beyond - Excellent service! My wife and I hired Home Pro Exteriors to demolish our old, damaged rear deck and install a new one. They exceeded our expectations at every step. From the initial visit to the jobs completion, they were professional, punctual and efficient. When we first hired them (2nd week of August), their schedule was rather full and they said they would be able to start the job the 2nd week of September. I told them that I was hoping to get the job done as soon as possible and if their schedule opened up at all I would appreciate it if they could start sooner. They said that they would do their best to accommodate me. They ended up calling me on August 31st, telling me that they could be at my home the next day to do the demo of the existing deck and installation of new concrete footings. I was thrilled. They showed up on time the next day and got to work immediately. It didnt even take them the whole day to get the old deck down and the new footings dug and poured. They were back that Friday after giving the footings a few days to cure. They worked from about 8am till almost 7 in the evening and completed the vast majority of the job. It only took them about half of the next day (a Saturday!) to finish up. They had completed the job two weeks sooner than I was expecting. The work was fantastic and a big improvement in construction quality over our old deck. They cleaned up well after themselves and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I would enthusiastically recommend them to any of my neighbors. UPDATE 6/30/16: I wanted to add some information to my previous review. My wife and I just sold the house that Home Pro Exteriors built the deck for. The buyer told me that her home inspector made a point of commenting on how well built the deck was. I think this really says a lot coming from a home inspector that probably sees almost a hundred decks a year. Thanks Home Pro Exteriors!

I could not be happier -- the work they do is incredible. I received multiple quotes for work on my roof and deck. The first two companies that I spoke to cared about one thing, and that was money! Their prices were extremely high, and they did not seem very knowledgeable. Luckily, I found Home Pro Exteriors. After making an appointment with Home Pro Exteriors, they sent a gentleman over to my house. His name was Dan Lynch. He was very friendly, but more importantly -- extremely knowledgeable. Dan educated me on the process and helped me to understand all of the details. By the end of the consultation, I was 100% comfortable with moving forward. Sure enough, my instincts to use this company were right. They did an outstanding job on my new roof, and all my neighbors have been commenting on how beautiful my deck looks. I turned to Home Pro Exteriors to install new vinyl siding, replace my leaking roof, and install large three-season room windows. The price beat other contractor estimates, even taking into account the additional work items they discovered after diving into a 50year old house. They made sure it got done right, and still within my overall budget. Their skilled crews got the work done quickly, while still making sure the yard was clean and organized by the end of each day. I was also able to work with the foreman throughout the project to raise any concerns Id had due to the condition of the house, or special requests, and he detailed what theyd be doing to handle each issue.

We worked with Dan on our exterior refresh and could not have been more pleased and more relaxed...and I use the "relaxed" term loosely as I was a bundle of nerves at what my color choices would be and realize now that I should never have been! Dan was calm and every time I had a question he promptly answered. They are so professional yet you feel like you are working with long time friends because they are so down to earth and super knowledgeable. Home Pro just replaced our siding and our windows and they truly did a phenomenal job. Their attention to detail was amazing and our house came out looking great. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. They also did a great job in cleaning up afterward. Their prices were affordable and they used high quality material.
