Worst customer service of any company Ive had to deal with in the past year. In September 2015 had a new roof put on a property that I use for rentals when I sold the property in August of 2016 the buyers inspector indicated that the roof had a number of issues. I tried to get it repaired the technician came from Deegan to inspect it, he agreed that it needed to be repaired. This was a few months ago It is now near the end of December 2016 still waiting for it to be repaired. My closing has now been delayed!! Have called Deegan and only get the run around!!

Beware of Deegan Roofing. Deegan tore off my old shingles and put on new ones all in one day. It looked fine, but then it rained, and suddenly my roof was leaking. It never leaked before Deegan, and now water was pouring through my ceiling. When I showed Deegan the water damage, they refused to admit any wrongdoing. I had to hire another company to tear off Deegans mess and do the job right. So if you want your roof done right the first time, avoid Deegan Roofing and hire someone else.

I reached out to Deegan because I needed work done on my roof and siding. Im happy I chose them for the repairs I needed. Its a family owned business. Mr. Deegan and his sons walked me step by step as to what needed to be done and how they would make the repairs. All at a fair price. I will definitely be using Deegan Roofing in the future and highly recommend them to everyone. Its hard to find a quality company that has that personal touch.

Stay away from this company they are horrible. Poor communication from both the office as well as the workers. The quality of work is below average. It took several efforts to get the job completed correctly and they were regularly late, even showed up on the incorrect days. The office person - Debbie is very unprofessional. The aggravation of dealing with this company is not worth the few dollars that you may save. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I used Deegan for some repair work on my roof. There were some issues going back and forth and getting someone out during a busy time, and there were some miscommunications through some of the work, but after all was said and done, they made good on their promises and fixed the leaks. I will be using them for an entire roof redo in the near future.

They responded quickly, came and did a great job and fast and returned to make a small repair as requested. Debbie in their office was great to talk with and very helpful. Great company!

A miserable and disappointing job. I also felt like they did not sufficiently understand the roofing business. When they finished the job was incomplete they overcharged for an insufficiently completed, leaky roof. I ended up having to go to an alternative roofer a one Hipp Roofing to get the job completed to my satisfaction.
