We were in the process of buying a home and there was a potential roof leak noticed in the attic on inspection. We called Accurate to conduct an inspection and provide an estimate for repair. From the intial call Mirek listened to our concerns and understood that we needed to know the extent of any damage and cost. We were concerned that the roof had to be replaced. Mirek called us back the same day we reached out to Accurate and also on other occasions when we had questions. During the inspection, Mirek took the time to explain the issues, potential causes, solutions and repair costs. He addressed all of our questions and was patient and professional. During the day of the repair, Mirek kept us informed regarding the repair and also sent pictures as it was being completed. We will definitely contact Accurate for future roof/siding repair or replacement. Thank you Mirek and Accurate for understanding our needs and helping us through a stressful time.

Our ceiling was leaking and it was clear that this was from the roof. This was the first of a series of expected and significant rainfall events. I called Accurate that evening and within an hour had a call back from Mirek to schedule an appointment. He was here the next morning. He scoped out the work, explained the options and estimate and placed temporary tarps over the affected area while materials were ordered. The roof replacement was done on time and to budget and looks great. I called Mirek because several years back he came out during a similar situation and told me that I DID NOT need a new roof, but only some minor repairs which lasted a long time.

You promised to do the work at a specific time and price and you completed the work a half a day early. You also did a professional job from ripping off 2 layers of roof to replacing plywood to a very good cleanup. It was good to see a company that took the time to do things right, not to do something cheap and fast. They were also very knowledgeable of the products they were using. Mirek delivered what was discussed. During the initial meeting, Mirek took the time to walk around outside of the house to point out areas needing attention. Mirek also demonstrated the product to be installed, and answered questions clearly and honestly. Mirek has what is called integrity, which is in short supply in our culture these days. I will not hesitate to call upon Mirek again or refer the company to family and friends.
