I had a leak in my roof a number of years ago on Christmas Eve. It was an ice damming problem, and water was pouring into my living room. Jim came right over (on Christmas Eve!) and shoveled off half of my roof, which fixed the problem temporarily. In the spring I had Jim and his crew install a new roof on the entire house for me. They were fast, efficient, and did a very professional job. Even their cleanup was top notch. They did not leave a single nail or piece of scrap anywhere on my property! First class work and Sussex county is lucky to have Above and Beyond Roofing here for us.

I have a long history with Above & Beyond Contracting. Jim replaced my roof on my Ogdensburg (Sussex County) home in 1997 and installed a roof fan too. It made a huge difference in the Summer. He also replaced the roof on my parents house in Ogdensburg. When I moved to another home in Sussex County, Jim helped me with some repairs to my old roof in 2008. When the time came for a new roof in 2013, Jim was the first person I called and he replaced it with beautiful dimensional shingles. He also installed two skylights for me. Id definitely recommend Above & Beyond Contracting!

Jim and his crew replaced my roof and gutters recently. I went with him after seeing some of his past work and getting excellent feedback from previous customers. My roof was done in a day, and they did an amazing job on it. Since it was replaced, my home is better insulated and the roof is much more sturdy. I am confident that it will not need any additional work for many many years to come. The gutters are wider and so far work beautifully. Jim and the crew were excellent. Great price and awesome quality of work. He helped to guide us on the color of shingle to match our home and the final results were amazing. Im all about professionalism, and when Jim showed up after the job was complete with a large magnet and walked around the house to ensure there were no stray nails that my two Youngs kids could step on while playing, in my opinion, it really put the job over the top.
