Chris the owner is a very nice guy and I personally like him very much. He failed to follow up on issues properly which I would have given him a 5 star rating instead of 4 if he followed through. I got my rain gutter screens put on the entire house and his materials appear great (see photo). There is this corner that I never had rain water running off but right after the work was performed there was a string of water (see photo). Again a problem I did not have before I had the rain gutter screens put on. All this water was eroding away my soil (see photo) around my drainage system. Called Chris and he came out to take a look at it. The simple solution that would fix it was to bend the little mental and silicone it which he said he will send one of his guy to take care of. Well WEEKS and few MONTHS have gone by with no work performed. So, I pulled my ladder out and went up there myself bent the little metal and silicone it myself yesterday. I think it will fix the problem but next rain storm will tell. Overall I think CKG is a very reputable and perform good work. I initially hired them for their positive rating to be disappointed.

Chris and his CKG team did an outstanding job replacing six skylights on my home. Unfortunately the crew had to put up with a sudden downpour about half way through the installation. They were prepared with a large tarp and able to work through the bad weather under very difficult circumstances and were able to complete the work in one day. The old skylights were cheap and deteriorating. The new Velux skylights are excellent - a great improvement. The cost was very reasonable and I couldnt be happier with the result. They also did a great job matching the color and shape of the old shingles. This was the second project CKG handled for me. Earlier in the year they removed the moss and lichen from my roof. They did a fantastic job, so I had absolutely no hesitation contacting again for the skylight work. I absolutely recommend CKG Contractors for your next project.

These guys do a great job! The owner comes out and does a real estimate on your roof. He gets up there and evaluates the problems and goes over everything with you. When the work crew comes out they tarp everywhere and try to keep your yard from becoming a nail strewn disaster. They are thorough and competent. The follow up and roof inspection are all taken care of and they make sure you are fully satisfied before you make your final payment. I plan on using them again for some replacement windows.

I only had a small job to repair several pieces of my house siding, but CKG didnt have a problem with a small job. They came over, gave me an estimate of cost and when they should be able to do it. The work was done beautifully and I couldnt have asked for more. They really put in the effort to get the siding fixed right. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

We are very happy with the work done by CKG Contractors. Our house is 90 years old and had two layers of siding on it with many windows and the result with Hardie Board siding was beautiful. The work done was meticulous with small details attended to and all work done to contract specifications or better. We highly recommend CKG.

Called them and scheduled a job after getting the estimate, on the agreed day they never showed up, called the office , spoke to a very dismissive person, told me that she would find out where they are and call me back but she never did. Emailed the owner he never replied back. Poor experience
