Our experience with Fana Remodeling LLC was fantastic from start to finish. Our roof was just shy of 30 years old, showed signs of decay and had some minor leaks. My husband and I agreed to get a handful of estimates and go from there. We obtained four estimates, read a lot of reviews and still werent sold. I stumbled upon Fana while walking my dog and noticed that his signs were on a bunch of lawns, so I figured Id give them a shot. Fana was the only company that insisted on a face to face meeting to discuss the product and removal/installation procedure. The meeting was very informative and extremely professional. Marek came with his credentials, samples, upgrades, and insurance information. I didnt feel rushed or pressured. All questions were answered and to top it off he came in with the lowest estimate. The day of the installation his crew was at the house 7 am SHARP. As was Marek - the crew were equally professional and friendly. I came home after a day at work to a beautiful new roof. If a roof could be called stunning - Id say its stunning! It looked as though it just appeared on top of the house - no debris - no nails - not a thing left behind that would indicate workers were there that day. It was such a painless process - no gimmicks, no last minute issues, no additional "unforeseen costs" - just a pleasure. I will be sure to recommend Fana to all my friends. From the very first time Marek (FANA, LLC), came to our home, we felt like we had found the best person for our needs. Marek spent all the necessary time to explain and listen to our thoughts and interests about updating our home. His ideas were honest, clear, and refreshing. Soon after our consultation, we received an acceptable and fair estimate (lower than others who offered their services). Because we felt so comfortable with Marek, we decided to approve the contract and begin updating our home. While the roof was being replaced we spoke to Marek about the siding. Again, he was able to offer us a great price for this as well and we signed a second contract. Third, Marek was also instrumental in finding us a trusted carpenter, plumber, and electrician (DTR Construction Service and Euro Countertops) so we could complete our bar plans in our basement. To our delight, all of the people Marek suggested to us were excellent in their craft. All of the workers were considerate of our needs and completed their work well. What more could you ask for when trusting some many different workers to make your home the way you would like it? In the end, we are very pleased with everything that was done and now our home is updated and looking great. Thank you to all of the many workers and to Marek for keeping your word and doing such a wonderful job on our home.

I sought a recommendation for a great quality roofing company from my close friend who is a highly established real estate agent serving central and northern New Jersey. She did not hesitate in suggesting Fana Remodeling to me as I was in severe need of an entire roof replacement. Marek, the owner of the company, wasted no time in coming to my home and performed a thorough evaluation of my roof. He then prepared a complete estimate and price within 24 hours of his initial visit. The proposal was very detailed and the price was extremely fair, especially considering the sheer amount of work and the level of difficulty involved. Fana just completed their work and I can say that I am thoroughly satisfied with their efforts. The crew arrived promptly and were diligent, clean and very professional. All of the debris was removed from the premises and the roof looks wonderful. I have been in business for a very long time and I have dealt with many contractors throughout my life and must say that dealing with everyone of them always left behind a disappointment. I had an expansion in my business where I had to do a showroom plus change my roof. I settled out of all the contractors with Fana Roofing and remodeling. They were referred to me by a few friends that said but good things about them. I gave them a shot and I just wish there were around 20 years ago. They were the perfect crew you would wish in any facility. Everything promised , was delivered and there timing was the best. My project was estimated to take 3 weeks and it took them 17 days to complete with perfection. There pricing was so competitive and saved me 24% from 4 different quotes given to me. They cleaned after they were done as if there nothing happened. Marek , the owner was part of the crew and was there most of the time supervising the project. This is one place I highly recommend and I give them 6 stars instead of 5. I have already called them to do house and cant wait to see there imagination there. Thanks very much Marek. I am a homeowner that has gut-renovated 2 homes in the past 5 years. Ive dealt with a lot of contractors and subs. Ive learned the hard way to only deal with referrals. FANA Roofing and Siding was referred to me by a very good neighbor, who happens to be a general contractor. He had used FANA to replace his own roof… I met with Marek, the owner, to get an estimate to tear off and replace a double-layer shingle roof. He gave me a fair price. Id gotten estimates from other companies and he wasnt the most expensive, nor the cheapest. But I believed he was an honest and sincere man. He and his crew came early and knocked out the job in about 8 hours. They worked extremely hard on a 95 degree day, were extremely courteous, pleasant, and kept a clean job site. I was so pleased with the quality of work and my dealings with Marek that I hired them to re-side my house. They did a beautiful job. As a fellow homeowner, who wants a fair price and wants sub-contractors that care and take pride in their work, I absolutely recommend FANA Roofing and Siding. 100 percent.

After seeing a roof job on a neighing street, I talked to the owner. She was very happy with the quality of the work done by FANA. Then I saw her neighboring house had an FANA sign, so I went to talk to this owner also. He briefed me on the good experience he had in signing his contract with Marek. So I decided to call Marek to discuss replacing my roof. His price was competitive and his presentation made me feel comfortable. Installation was completed in the time frame promised. What I liked the most was they carried the debris to their truck without using a dumpster, which was used in my previous roof job and that damaged my driveway. All materials and pricing were honored as listed in the proposal. Marek came on the day of the installation and the next to ensure I was happy. They did an excellent job in cleanup. I would highly recommend FANA to anyone who needs a roof job.
