If you want to get the job done right the first time, Accurate is your contractor. Having dealt with many contractors in the past, I am very pleased with the level of professionalism, promptness, and responsiveness. You may pay a little more, but the quality, thoroughness, and turnaround are worth it. I first got in touch with Mirek for an estimate on a Friday regarding a small leak in my roof. Mirek didnt waste any time getting up there with his ladders, taking measurements, and taking pictures of the issues to show me. He provided a consultation on what needed to be fixed including noting some issues with my gutters (more on that later). He walked me through the different options and prices and didnt push the higher priced options over the lower except to say that the materials were obviously better. I also told him that I was leaving for a business trip next week and that Id really like to get this taken care of as soon as possible and Mirek said hed try his best and that his crew could get it done next week. I had other contractors lined up, but I was impressed enough with his professionalism that I decided to go with Accurate on the spot. Saturday comes along and I notice that there is some interior water damage in my dining room. I take down a bit of the wall and discover that the sheathing in this part of the house was completely rotted away from water damage! I immediately called Mirek and got his voicemail, but he called back within a few hours and scheduled to stop by Sunday morning. Im very appreciative of his responsiveness and helping to coordinate additional work on a tight schedule. Sunday morning, Mirek and I discussed various ways to remedy the problem, the work that needed to be done, scheduling, and rough estimates of materials and labor. Monday morning, the Accurate crew shows up and by the evening, most of the roof was already done. Mireks siding guy comes out from another job to take a look and eyeballs the work. Well now its Tuesday and what can I say? In two days, my roof has been replaced and the front sheathing from my house was replaced and the siding put back as if nothing had happened. The drainage from the problem area has been totally redesigned and Im confident that it will be able to prevent the same issues from occurring again. Im thoroughly impressed with the turnaround time and the work that was done. The Accurate team also didnt cut corners. Damaged plywood on the roof was removed and replaced with new plywood instead of just putting down the new roofing over a base that was in sub-par condition. Throughout the process Mirek was in touch and communicated with me and consulted me on what I would like to do with his suggestions as well. Mirek expertly coordinated all parties to ensure that the job would get done ASAP and from my own project management experience, I can tell you that its no easy task to get everything flowing so smoothly with different teams working together in lockstep. Because of the excellent planning and coordination, the job was able to get done in just two days. What I can advise is that Accurates price will not be the lowest, but you will get what you paid for and the work will be thorough.

I cannot recommend this company. I decided to go with them after reading the positive reviews here. They promise the world to you and then dont even do the minimum job right. Here are my issues: 1. Our chimney cap had come off before the roof change and the company guaranteed that as part of the job they would fix it. I watched the guy "fix" it: he hopped to get the cap to stay on the chimney and didnt actually take a ladder or tools to fasten the cap. The first wind that came our way, the cap flew off. 2. Apparently roof changes come with optional skylight window changes (at an extra cost) - which we were never offered as an option (though I had specifically asked about what to do regarding the fact that we had an issue with the skylight BEFORE the job was done- they said they would caulk around it, but did not give me the option to change it). I only found out after the job was done and when I asked the manager how come I wasnt given the option, he said I said we had no problems with our skylight. 3. They had to replace some wooden boards (at an extra charge), and I stood there, watched and counted that they only replaced one plank. I got charged for two and when I brought it up, the manager said his men said it was two (the problem is there is no accountability since the manager was not on site and I was not on the roof, so I have to go by what the worker says even though I know they used only one. They were a group of Hispanic workers and I cant directly communicate with them). 4. I has asked the manager if he will be on the job and he said he comes by each job. Well, I watched most of the job being done and he wasnt there - not him nor his car. So even if he did swing by, it was so short that it cannot be called "being on the job". So, I think they were too rushed, too unsupervised and therefore too unprofessional. I heard the workers use a few curse words in front of me in Spanish (I understand a few of the most common ones). Thats really unprofessional. Go with a company where the owner is actually on the job and with him you can communicate on the spot.

Accurate Roofing installed my roof over 15 years ago. In December a leak developed that had water leaking through the siding, and into the dining room ceiling and wall, and running from the electrical receptacle in the said dining room A very polite and efficient person took the report and immediately informed the owner of Accurate who called me back within 15 minutes. Because it was raining quite hard, he was unable to inspect the roof but called the next day the moment it had stopped raining. He then was here within 20 minutes and corrected the pooped nail (due to house settling). Not a drop of water has leaked in since. i certainly appreciate the team efforts of Accurate Roofing.

We had a fantastic experience with Accurate Roofing. We needed to have our gutters cleaned and to have an assessment of our roof completed. Thomas took his time to work with us to assess our true needs and didnt try to oversell us. He also took time to address our concern that we might have a mold problem by one of our windows. He made us feel confident that we didnt have an issue underneath our siding or by the casing to our window. We loved that he took the time to take before and after pictures of anything that needed to be addressed. I would highly recommend Thomas and Accurate Roofing.

We had a fairly small reroofing job and Accurate was the most responsive out of the four companies that we requested quotes from. Thomas was very knowledgeable and thorough while explaining our options and didn’t try to push us into doing more than we needed. He also answered our questions immediately after our initial consultation. Wojtek did a great job and it was done quickly and as promised with no change orders or hidden charges. They were professional, punctual, and honest. These traits seem to be hard to find in a contractor. I would definitely use them again.
