We have had the pleasure of using Union Roofing for 6 years now. They initially replaced my flat roof and have continued to maintain it since. I like that at the 3 year increments, when a new coating is needed to both maintain the roof and keep the warranty valid, they call me! A roof is very out of sight, out of mind and this being our first home with a flat roof, we appreciate the reminder. Frank Jr. is always super personable and the man knows his trade as are/do his colleagues. Hes able to recommend professionals in many trades if your needs are outside that of roofing. I handle the "maintenance" needs of our house and have a decent knowledge of all things home related (my Moms a Martha Stewart and my Dad a Norm Abrams). That being said, as a woman I still look out for people maybe trying to "take advantage" and I can say that Ive NEVER felt that about Union Roofing. Ill continue to use their services and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I recently had Union Roofing put a shingle roof on my A-frame house. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Lets start with how friendly and informative that everyone was. But especially, the price was really great too. The dumpster arrived on a Friday. Two crews started work at 7:00 AM on Saturday. By 1:00 PM, they were completely done. They had completely removed the old roof and added the new one, including great flashing around the chimney plus aluminum seal where the roof meets my house.They did a beautiful professional job. Union Roofing is one of the worse roofing companies in the Philadelphia area. They answer the phone very rudely by simply stating Ünion They call your home between 5 & 6 in the morning and act as if they are doing you a favor. They charge ungodly prices for simple repairs and do not honor their guarantees. If you hire them, hold on to your wallet because they will jack up the prices. They treat their customers as if they are scum of the earth. By the way they require that you be home when they visit so that they can pitch their sales pitch and raise the price of the repair. I have a three story house with two roofs (back 2nd floor and top third floor) and in one day Frank Jr. came out, looked at my back roof, quoted a price and delivered the service. Excellent customer service!!!!! We also discussed his quoting a price for the third floor roof and unbeknownst to me he came back the next day and quoted me a price. We even worked out a great deal for doing both roofs! Overall, it was a great experience from meeting Frank Jr. to the professionalism of the gentlemen who installed/replaced/updated/repaired my roof.

I found Union Roofing on the web and read some of the reviews. i called and made an appointment, Frank Jr. showed up and we discussed the price and details of the contract. The price and the warranty was right and his guys were in my house within the hour. They did the work in an expeditious and professional way. Everything was clean when they left. It has rained since, no leaks. The only test left is a big storm. I definitely recommend them to any one.

Ive dealt with Union Roofing for over 30 years. They put on a new roof, shingles and re-coated my roof several times. Frank is easy to deal with and they clean up so you didnt even know they were there. His pricing is reasonable. I would recommend Union Roofing to anyone.
