I obtained 15 roofing quotes for our roof replacement on 10/09/15. The roof on our house was the original single layer from 1987. I had very informed discussions with Mike (Sales Rep) and Chris (Project Manager) about the roof and the warranties. Since they are a Platinum Contractor with Owens Corning, we will receive a 50 year warranty on the parts AND labor for the roof. No other roofer could even come close to the same warranty. I researched GAF, CertainTeed and Owens Corning and all are top quality products, but only Owens Corning installed by a Platinum contractor (which USA Roofmasters is!) can be installed with a 50 year warranty including the labor. I had narrowed my final decision down to three contractors and decided to go with USA Roofmasters because of the interactions with Mike and Chris. They treated my house like it was their own and answered every question I asked truthfully and thoroughly. Obviously in a review you dont know the person writing it and who they are, but if you knew me, you would understand that I do not just throw caution to the wind and go with the lowest cost/cheapest option. Refer back to the beginning when I said I spoke with 15 contractors for my roofing project! I would highly recommend both the company and the product line to anyone in the market for a new roof, or repairs. While Chris was on site to talk about the roof we also discussed siding and repairing the stucco on the outside of the house (next projects on the list). Other contractors gave me the two minute synopsis, or some even said well they only do roofs, so they were not interested. Chris instead spent an extra hour walking around the property to give me some pointers, if I was going to approach it myself, and recommendations on how he would approach it if I was interested in having them back for the next project. I appreciated all the time and effort that Chris and Mike put into my project and easing my concerns to make my decision much easier. When the installers arrived, I was concerned since we were supposed to have rain that evening, but to my surprise even when the rain arrived, they still spent the time in the rain to clean everything up on site to get my yard back to where it was before the project started. As an extra bonus when it was all said and done was the usage of the dumpster for a few days if I was interested. They set up the pickup for the dumpster a few days after the project was completed, so I was able to clean out some old junk around the house that is on the larger side for the trash men to take with the weekly trash collection. If you are looking and want to find a company that will do the job right and spend the time to help you understand what you are actually getting with your roof, add USA Roofmasters to your short list of contractors to contact and you will not be disappointed. Best of luck to you on your projects since homeownership means a "to do" list that only changes, it never seems to go away completely.

WOW! What a relief! I was soo stressed out trying to choose a contractor to do our roof, siding, and windows for my home in Doylestown. I had received 3 estimates initially. Two of which basically came to my home, gave me a few samples and a price, and the third was on my roof for an hour and then took over a week to get me the pricing. And then my sister in law told me about her experience with USA Roof Masters, so i gave them a call. They came out the very next day to give me an estimate (and had a price for me on the spot). They were very detailed in explaining the products to me, how they would be installed, and the way they thoroughly cleanup after the job. There price was not the highest (significantly lower than the highest), but slightly more expensive than the lowest, however, after researching their products, it looks like what they were offering me was top of the line, and the lifetime warranty made me feel very comfortable. I had done my research on their company before i they came out, and i read most of their google, Angies List, and BBB reviews which were also very comforting. They were very personable and I was so impressed with their presentation, professionalism, manners (they took their shoes off without me asking).. so i had seen enough. I signed up with them on the spot! Once i had signed the contract their customer service did not drop off, they always got right back to me with any questions or concerns i had, they dropped off addition sample boards, and even took a picture of my house, and used to program to put the different roof styles and colors on it to see which i liked best. The job began 6 days after i signed up, starting with the roof which was completely finished and cleaned up in one day. The following day they installed 12 windows, and started the siding work the next day. The siding project took 2.5 days and the project was finished. It looks even better than i imagined!! They protected my landscaping and solar lights, and stayed for hours combing through the grass making sure they didnt miss any nails (i have two young kids and a dog, this was very important to me). I did not have to make my final payment until two weeks after they finished, which was also nice. Overall my experience with USA Roof Masters was great! Starting last fall I began pricing out exterior work on my house (siding and roof) when I heard the 97.5 Fanatic USA Roof Masters, "Well beat any price promotion". Tom the sales manager came out and looked at my home and the other quotes I received and beat the heck out of any other bids I received! Tom was very detailed and thorough thru the whole process making sure that we were completely satisfied with our choices, pricing, and that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Our decision process took some time, a lot of time, almost six months! Tom stayed in constant contact with us and stood by the estimate he quoted the first time we met. Once we signed the contract with USA Roof Masters Tom and Bob worked with us on the scheduling and estimated time the project would take over the next few weeks. They were very detailed oriented in letting us know each step of the process and giving us daily updates. As the project went along a few additional recommendations were given that would only enhance the house both from a visual standpoint and home efficiency. They took the time to explain the pros and cons and give their professional input which made me feel they cared for me as a homeowner and not just trying to make another sale. All of their input made for a beautiful finished product that has made me and my family extremely satisfied (not to mention all the compliments we now receive from the neighbors). The lead foreman Billy and his crew were very detailed oriented making sure the finish product was what they would want on their own home. Without any hesitation I would recommend USA Roof Masters for anyone looking to have a new roof or exterior work completed. Tom, Bob, Billy and the whole crew are great guys to have working on your home!
